I specifically set up an appointment choosing a carriage door on your site and waited all morning for the tech to tell me you don’t sell swing out doors. Two months ago, I paid to have a garage door built and installed for my father. We were quoted a build time of a couple of weeks — it took two months. When the installer finally arrived, the lock had been left off entirely, which is the most critical security component of the door. When I raised the issue, I was told “not my problem” and the technician left without resolution. I was then forced to make an emergency trip to Home Depot to purchase a lock myself, just to ensure the home was secure. This company missed their quoted timeline by weeks and delivered an incomplete installation. Selling and installing a door without a lock is not only a major oversight — it is a serious liability. A customer should never have to source a basic security component on their own after paying for a professional installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects accountability and a complete, professional job.

First off, the person who answered the phone at Precision was a pro. She confirmed my reservation with a technician within 24 hours which I greatly appreciated. Secondly, my service technician, Justin Estrada, did an excellent job repairing my Chamberlain garage door that had come off its tracks. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and presented a solution AND very fair pricing for repairing the immediate problem as well as two options for preventative measures. Above and beyond. His demeanor was very professional and he was extremely knowledgable about my door, and -- most importantly -- I could tell he really cared about his craft. Terrible is what happened was the gentleman was supposed to come out and install a hinge, which was only going to cost me $39. Instead, he wanted to install new rollers and other items to bring the cost up to $700. So I had to pay a $164 for this work that involved tightening of the spring, which he told me that it didn't need to be tightened and putting in the hinge, totally ripped off a $165 for a hinge. But he said, since I signed the contract before he looked at the door I had to pay a $164, even though the spring did not need to be tightened.

The\nGentleman came out , looked at the garage door said that there's a service package. That will include fixing of the hinge and tightening of the spring that was before he did any work. Had me sign it off after I signed it off. He fixed the hinge, then he brought the garage door down halfway. And said, your spring doesn't need to be tightened. It is very good. The way it is, so I asked them, what do we do about that in regards that I signed a document to have the service done that. You said the spring needed to be tightened now. I find out you said it does not need to be tightened. What could be done? He goes well nothing. The document's been signed, I could go ahead and tweak it a little but it doesn't need it is good. The way it is, so I asked him, is there any kind of or anything else you could do now that I don't need the spring to be kind. He\n Goes well, you signed the document and I said, that was before you told me this. You told me it had to be tightened, so I said, go ahead and tweak it that cost me a $167 that I did not need to spend beware.
