Thank you, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Simi Valley, for the timely excellent service provided. Your tech, Dylan Falkengren showed up on-time as promised, a well-groomed gentleman. He was very courteous, professional and helpful: explained what needed to be done to fix and service my overhead garage door. After all the paperwork was done, he got to work right away. To make a long story short, my Garage Door now functions as good as new, no more noise, no more wobbling, the alignment is so perfect. Thank you Dylan, for your excellent service. Both my neighbors checked it out and they were also very impressed with the service. The service fee is also very reasonable, that doesn't break the back of a retiree with serious physical and medical issues. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.

I have been happy with the garage door since it was installed several years ago. I am very happy about the whole experience of having the door "tuned up" the other day. A gracious young woman answered the phone and set up the appointment. Excellent communication by a human being--a real pleasure in this day and age! The technician (Armando) was prompt, polite and professional, kept me informed of his timeline, explained the work and cost, and called me to say he had not turned the garage light off when he left. I am impressed and grateful!

Jonathan, the technician that came out, was absolutely phenomenal. Took the time to explain all the details of the working of the door and explained how to troubleshoot any future problems. He really knows his job and wonderful customer service. Your lucky to have him as part of the team I did purchase a new battery for the garage door opener, which is not an option below, which was chirping and I thought it was my car.
