My overall experience with Precision door was amazing, from the receptionist that took my call(Nicole) to the technician(Miles) that fixed my broken door. Miles had very great communication letting me know when he would arrive as well as what exactly was wrong with my garage door and how he would fix it. He was very attentive to my budget and did only the necessary work to get my garage door back up and running appropriately. I would recommend this business,and especially Miles, for any garage door needs.two thumbs up!

The response was immediate, and the installer arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and fast. His work was perfect. I'm knocking off one star, because the price was quite a bit higher than I thought it should be. On the other hand, it was an emergency; I couldn't have done it myself, so I guess it was worth the extra cost.

Great customer service! They came out with in two hours of my call. Tech explained exactly what was wrong didn’t try over sell on things I didn’t need, was straight to the point. Took 20 minutes to make the repair. When he was finished, showed the door working answered all my questions. Very professional!

Jason’s the tech that came to work on my door was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was not pushy nor did her try to up-sell me. Jason told me what must be fixed and what could be fixed but wasn’t necessity. He explained all options for the system I had and the price points for the upgrades and additions I was looking for. I am very pleased with the job he did and what was accomplished.

Loved the service we got from Precision. My mother had used the service several years ago, so when the springs went out on my garage door they were the first ones I called. I even called at about 9 pm. Set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. James arrived and was very courteous. Explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Even gave me the option to upgrade some parts for a better working garage door. I was very happy with the service and will definitely call them if I have any other issues.

I found Precision Doors on the internet and chose the company based on previous reviews. Miguel called me half an hour before the appointment to let me know he would be there shortly.
