The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained the situation and installed a new opener and two new springs very quickly. He explained the warranty and how to use my new opener. I really liked him and definitely recommend Precision Door.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Doors, starting with how it was so easy to make an appointment for the same day. My Liftmaster garage opener needed to be reprogrammed. Julian Bacca sent a text introducing himself and what time he would be at my house. Julian was courteous and very professional. Once he arrived he knew exactly how to fix the problem. Thank you Precision Door.

First and foremost Kyle called me first thing in the morning. Introduced himself ,went over his schedule to give me a rough idea what time he would be calling me back to head my way. When he arrived introduced himself with a handshake. Explained the repair and options. Went right to work, very professional technician. I am very pleased with the service I received. Kyle stapled a business card for future service. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for your excellent service this week. I have been using Precision Garage Door for 10 years now because of the top quality and great technicians that come out to do the job. Dylan Falkengren was the gentleman who assisted me in replacing old parts and broken springs. He was talented, kind and very helpful with his professional advice and an explanation of what was needed now and in the long run. I will always recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!

Jose did a great job of replacing the working mechanism of our garage door. It is much quieter than it was before. After inspecting the garage door and explaining which parts needed to replaced and which parts would have to be replaced in the near future, he gave me 3 options. I am very happy with the work that was done. Jose was very pleasant and professional. He explained how the remote controls worked. I am very happy MG

waited 4.5 hours for service writer. They double book appointments, was not impressed. Needed an estimate for a new door. Their prices are higher than an independent. It was not a great experience. I blame whoever is making appointments. The service writer was great, took a bit longer, had to wait while he was training someone.
