Having Precision Door Service fix my garage door was an exceptional customer experience. Customer service was flawless. Someone answered the phone right away when I called, I got an appointment right away and they sent me a follow up email to remind me of my service appointment. The technician, Evan, was excellent. He was very professional and polite. He offered me 3 options for a solution, explained them carefully so I could make an informed decision and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appt. that day. James was suppose to be my tech. He called to let me know what time he would be arriving. A for short time later I received a text from Miguel M letting me know he was arriving and he would be doing my garage door repair. He was professional and he discussed what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He adjusted my door & replaced springs in about an hour. Very happy with his work and will recommend Miguel & Precision Garage Door to my friends & family.

The technician was very kind! However, after trying to remedy the problem, it came down to needing a new garage door. $ 1444 for a new door. I called a garage door repair person that was working on my neighbors door. He fixed my problem in an hour and charged me $ 250.00

Reason I choose Precision was due to all the 5 star ratings and now I know why! Professions, respectful and prompt. From the reception to Miles Herrera our technician. He didn’t keep us waiting, communicated status the entire time and knew his stuff - we have a 25+ year old bike garage door that’s all funky & Mikes was able to fix it and “Do it Right” They’re definitely a premium, but as we all know, you get what you pay for! Very happy with the work & now our garage door is working better than it ever has! Thank you!

As is the norm, went out to get in my car for an appointment and the garage door starts to go up, then a big bang and it dropped to the ground. How do you get your car out!!!! Called precision and was relieved that they could be out the same day within hours. Sean Hogan called to update up twice, wow great customer service, then showed up replaced a spring that had broken. He was very professional, answered all our questions and is providing us with an estimate to replace our 30 year plus door. Thank you so much Sean for such great customer service. It is rare nowadays.

I want to thank Precision for the excellent we've received when our garage door wouldn't go down. We call a repairperson (Eric) was her the next day to repair the problem. The job was bigger then expected and was done quickly and efficiently without cost due to the warranty. If you are thinking of getting a garage door go with Precision they are awesome and take care of their clients.

I called and got a real person who was professional and made arrangements for the next day, which I was happy about. Armondo arrived early and was very courteous. Jason Stanfield, was 15 minutes early before estimated time. He is very courteous and explained everything and also quoted the price if we decide to replace our old garage door to a new and better quality overhead door. also made some suggestion of improving how our old style door should close without bending the track when closing.
