Review:
First off, I love that they send you a text message of your Technician. You see their picture and it gives you a bit of fun facts about the individual. I do not know who had the idea to do that, but more companies need to do that. It shows that they care about their people and it makes the visit so much more impactful as you can have real conversations with your Technician instead of small talk.
Jose was great.... he played the hardest position in baseball - short stop and 3rd baseman. The level of his athleticism is far greater than anything I could ever do. A very cool guy, humble and informative!
He talked through everything; I got a good understanding of the garage door (and know what to expect in the upcoming years - price wise and maintenance wise). At the end of the day, everyone with a garage will need it service. Between the constant use, the weight of the door, etc. maintenance has to come. I would recommend this company. I have their number saved in my phone.
