Was so surprised to find a company that would come out on a Sunday! The technician, Chris Bennett, was punctual and professional. He explained the options for the service, quoted a fair price and completed the job promptly and efficiently. I appreciated that he took time to explain everything to me and answered additional questions. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely call again as I plan on having some other work done on the garage door weather striping. It's always great to have competent technician but appreciated his helpfulness and advice as well.

I have used Precision Doors for several years and would not use anyone else. Several years I had Precision replace my springs and other necessary parts. Recently you came out (the same day I called) for a loud noise when the door closed. I have referred Precision to several of my neighbors who have are also now using Precision Doors. Additionally, I referred you to a friend who is going to purchase a door for her brother for Christmas and have you install it, obviously. I would not have done this if I was not exceedingly happy with your company, the reps that have come out and your quick, professional and efficient service.

The Service technician that came out to service my garage today was Sean Hogan, he was a very courteous well mannered very informative technician, my garage door was not working properly due to a malfunctioning that was a result from the prior company insulation. I had one of the cables that pulls the garage door up come off, after Sean Hogan inspection which was very thorough he pointed out things that the other company that installed the garage door unit did not do properly like over tightening the springs putting the mounting brackets in the wrong position and did not having all the screws and nuts tight for the springs which could've caused more problems than what it was. Sean went beyond my expectation and was very thorough by explaining everything that he was doing for me. he also had giving me options on what can be done to correct the problem. I will always rely on Precision to do all my work from this day forward on my garage door unit.

I’m having trouble sending this. Kay Nolan recommended your company to me. I called on a Sunday, a little after 2 pm. I was told a service person could see me between 3 and 6. Thereafter, I heard from Eric and he arrived at 3:45 pm. Terrific service. Nice person.
