This is the 2nd time I've used Precision for different repairs over 2 years apart. I've found both techs to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrive promptly when promised. This time it was Jacob. My garage door is almost 30 years old and still working well after these repairs. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of new parts or a new door when I didn't need it. I had my garage door opener installed 3 years ago by Precision. Yesterday when I came home my door had a hard time opening up. Then it would close down. I called and set up an appointment. The technician, Alex called me and kept me informed about when he would arrive. There were a few problems, but he kept at it until he solved the problem and got my opener working again. This company installed my garage door and opener several years ago. The Tech that sold me the door (Jason) was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He has been out to the house twice since for tune ups and he hasn’t changed. Always good to catch up with him. Previously, I used one of the big companies advertised on the radio and was very disappointed. That company was dishonest and a waist of time and money. Not Precision. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so to my neighbor.
