Thank you for your excellent service this week. I have been using Precision Garage Door for 10 years now because of the top quality and great technicians that come out to do the job. Dylan Falkengren was the gentleman who assisted me in replacing old parts and broken springs. He was talented, kind and very helpful with his professional advice and an explanation of what was needed now and in the long run. I will always recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!

Jose did a great job of replacing the working mechanism of our garage door. It is much quieter than it was before. After inspecting the garage door and explaining which parts needed to replaced and which parts would have to be replaced in the near future, he gave me 3 options. I am very happy with the work that was done. Jose was very pleasant and professional. He explained how the remote controls worked. I am very happy MG

waited 4.5 hours for service writer. They double book appointments, was not impressed. Needed an estimate for a new door. Their prices are higher than an independent. It was not a great experience. I blame whoever is making appointments. The service writer was great, took a bit longer, had to wait while he was training someone.

OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

Anas worked very hard. Very pleasant person. But, the new opener doesn’t work properly. Door will not fully open. Opens and closes in fits and starts, not reaching fully open or closed. Basically useless. Anas promised to return tomorrow to fix it. We shall see. PS I’ve already paid.
