A few years ago we were recommended to Precision and they quickly fixed our loose track and tuned up our garage door. Last night there was a loud pop when my wife closed the door and of course, our spring broke. Called them last night, they were here this afternoon and less than an hour later Jacob had it fixed and tuned up. He was very kind, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Hopefully don't need to call them again but if necessary, we will.

Julian Becca was awesome. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first failure of a garage door spring system. I didn’t quite understand why the entire torque master system needed to be replaced with a torsion system. He was patient and thorough with me! Once we talked everything through and we proceeded with service, he was speedy and effective at the service. He took the time to teach me about lubrication of the hinges. Julian is great!

It was a pleasure working with Precision. The name is 100% accurate - easy to make appointment and was able to have my garage door serviced quickly. My technician was Jacob McDonald. Superb people skills, easy to engage in conversation, took me through all the steps needed to repair the door, showed me the price, and only then started the repair. At least my second with Precision in the past few years. Again, got Jason as my tech....always a pleasure. So knowledgeable, ready to explain any potential issues and just plain nice to visit with during repairs. Never any upsale or hard push for anything you don't need but.....when I do need more work, a new opener or what ever, I know who to call. Thank you!
