Technician was prompt and did MOST of what I requested. He was, however, unable to pair the Home Link openers in 2 cars - 2017 Audi and 2022 VW Atlas. I will as for instructions from Dealer and attempt it myself.

The response was immediate, and the installer arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and fast. His work was perfect. I'm knocking off one star, because the price was quite a bit higher than I thought it should be. On the other hand, it was an emergency; I couldn't have done it myself, so I guess it was worth the extra cost.

Precision is the most professionally run company I have ever used. Their phone operators are articulate, friendly and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze. They immediately confirm your appointment by email and send you a picture and bio of the service rep that will be coming to your home. The service rep calls you to let you know when he will arrive. Their service reps are friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Other companies should learn to run their businesses like Precision!!

Armando provided good service. He was professional and up front about the charges. I was happy with his work, but disappointed with the cost of the services. I refused one recommendation to change one of my cables, because I knew the cost of the part, which was small compared to the cost to repair.

We love our garage door. But, we ordered door from brochure. Next day, when we were on our walk, we checked out neighbor's door. We decided to change design. I called next day. I signed the docusign with new order. Unfortunely, tech brought wrong door. I didn't want a discount on the incorrect door, I didn't want to settle. So we had a garage with covered with blue tarp for another 5 days. When the right wrong came, it went in fast. Javier was very professional, friendly, efficient. We enjoyed him a lot. So after I signed the docusign, someone screwed up the order. Inconvenience of another day wasted. If there's a change in order, it needs to be flagged!!

We managed to lock ourselves out of a garage in our new house. I found Precision on line and they were able to come the same day. The problem was fixed and all the garage doors were checked for safety and openers were programmed. We were happy with the prompt and professional service.

The malfunction caused during installation of the new garage door was finally corrected and now after some anxious days of insecurity because the door was left open, finally everything seems to be working OK. Precision is a good company however they are expensive. They replaced the limit switch on my garage door opener and charged me $145 for a small inexpensive part and 10 minutes labor. I like the company and their technician but I think that price is excessive. They have you in a vulnerable position when you garage door doesn't work and take advantage of you. I have no problem with fair pricing but that is not fair.

The guys were running behind schedule, and they did give me a call, but were about an hour outside the four hour window time they give you, so the scheduling could be a little better. But it was worth the wait. David and his partner ( sorry didn't get his name) installed a new garage door with a new liftmaster opener. They did a very professional install, and explained everything as they went along. They took their time, even on a Friday afternoon and didn't rush or take any shortcuts to finish the job. I think they were at my house around five hours. I'm very satisfied with the company, and the job the installers did. The door looks beautiful. I would use this company again and would recomend them highly. Great job guys....

The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

Five Star: We called out Precision as they had done the last repair (Spring & Roller replacement) a fews year back. The door was crooked when it closed and you had to hold down the opener button for it to work, especially in the car with the built-in opener. Our technician Jaysen was very helpful in explaining how each component helps the door & opener to operate correctly. He disconnected the opener and showed me how the door could barely be moved manually. He spotted the frayed cable and replaced it. He also fixed a roller that was in the wrong hinge position (prior Precision install), tightened the spring, re-balanced the door and adjusted the actual opener. Now works just fine with the single opener touch and travels fairly smoothly considering the opener/door is over 15 years old. Jaysen also gave a tip on replacing the bottom seal which I want to do myself when the time comes.

Tony Palmer and his assistant did a great job installing my new LiftMaster garage door opener. So far it is working beautifully and I really appreciate how quiet it is. They took the time to make sure that everything got programmed and was working properly, including my car. It was an excellent service call with two skilled and personable young men.
