I’ve had the best experience with Precision Garage, largely due to the technician , named Anas, who was simply awesome ! He was really detailed , thorough, patient and very skillful. He would take extra steps and go above and beyond to correctly diagnose the issue even if it means he would have to do extra work for it . He made sure the issue was properly diagnosed and effectively executed. He explained step by step so patiently .. and you can totally tell that he has so much skill and knowledge regarding everything related to garage . We had to replace the motor , and i love the product he suggested and how it is functioning. I thought I was just going to have a working garage , but Anas made my garage door upgraded version and I just love the new way my garage works now . Much more smooth and effectively functioning. Anas really made my experience with our garage door issue as pleasant and satisfying as possible. I would totally recommend Precision.. and if you can request for Anas for technician.

While the tech did check all moving parts and applied lubricants as necessary, he was not able to correct the angle of the bottom edge so rodents aren’t able to get under the door.

My original call to Precision was to take advantage of their service special for $70 . After speaking with Kyle the technician ,I decided to replace the springs and rollers after 27years of of use. I decided to be pro active rather than reactive when it came to the garage door. Kyle did a great job doing the work and was quick and very pleasant to deal with.

We had a molding strip come out from the nails and the service guy just had to staple new nails back in. Took no more than 10 minutes. The service has been very good we used you to put in a new garage door in another place we have and referred our neighbor.

I'm very happy with Precision, they have installed a new motor for my house on March 12 2025. Sunday March 22, 2026 when I need a service to replace a broken garage extension spring, supringly I've found a negative review on them. I decide to try another company to see any difference. This is my biggest mistake, it costs me $2882 to learn a lesson. If you are the one just like me forgetting all the positive reviews but trusting that single negative review then look for another guy in the trade. !!Beware!! Here's my horrible experience with HIGH TOUCH GARAGE DOOR Tom. Later on I also find out High Touch is NOT BBB Accredited. ######################## Senior Homeowners Alert!! SCAM ######################## High Touch Garage Doors has charged me $2882 for TWO P728 Garage Door Plug-End Extension Springs (at $1200 each spring plus tax $120, total material is $2640.00 for two springs). The same P728 Spring costs $33.61 each at Home Depot and $35.51 at Walmart. Does Hight Touch Garage Doors has a CA Seller's Permit? Why they charge me $240 tax?  For example, the actual tax based on $33.61 should be just $3.36. Therefore High Touch Garage Doors collecting tax $240 from customers is fabricating sales tax. As I know it is called theft, a tax fraud. Also High Touch Garage Doors urges customers to pay cash, withdraw from ATM or Zelle. This kind of under-the-table practice seems like a norm from Technician Tom. To me, it looks like a Tax Evasion, another serious crime. I have contacted High Touch through email, Roy Israel, the Manager & Agent, just keep using stalling and dilatory tactics to delay my complaints to authorities. He says he will take care of it, but he's doing nothing. He says he will look into it, but he does not open discussion with me . Then I have called High Touch, Tom is blaming that I'm the one willingly stepping into the trap. Tom completely ignores Consumer Protection Law! There is regulations prevent individual/business from committing Predatory Consumer Fraud. Price gouging is a criminal offense. Targeting senior homeowners is an indecent crime.
