My technician Julian was very professional and friendly greeted me with a smile. He was very knowledgeable also helped my neighbor who had a question about his garage door. He fixed my broken springs within 45 minutes. I thought I was going to just get an estimate and get scheduled for a repair but he had all the parts needed in his truck and was done in 45 minutes, didn't have to ask for another day off. I am extremely happy with my service. Definitely will use this company again for a complete door installation.

We had another crew come to our house, tell me, I had all things wrong, and try to charge us thousands of dollars. Great service. Second time. First was in 2008 when they replaced several rollers and adjusted spring. Fair price. great job preformed. Based on satisfaction from first job I had them come and .replace springs and adjust. Again another great job. If you need garage door service these are the people to contact.

I have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for several years and highly recommend them. Every experience has been positive and the technicians have always been friendly and professional. As an example, this morning I discovered that the key pad to open my garage door had been damaged. Thinking it might take awhile to get it repaired, I immediately called for service.
