Julien came on an “emergency “ last minute repair call. He was on time, helpful, and repaired the problem quickly. I had him add a key pad to the exterior door frame, check the springs and add two new remotes. He finished everything in 20 minutes. Definitely a five star rating. Thank you, Precision! Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car

Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!
