this company is ridiculous expensive, I was able to resolve the problem with my garage door at a portion of the least expense quote the i received from Precision, call your local garage door man, not this company. there was no repair, but i paid their $70 service call fee

I had another company who were unable to fix my opener and gave me a $2000 proposal for a replacement. Jonathan Ramirez reprogramed the opener, replaced the wall remote control, made a few changes to both doors and saved me a lot of money. This review was written 10 minutes after the work was done but it appears that everything was done quite well and professionally. The Serviceman "Dylan Falkengren" did an excellent job of explaining and showing me the problem areas. Due to our honest conversation after showing us some areas that were not quite ready for repair, we chose to replace everything but the garage door. If everything goes the way that Dykan said they would, we will be quite pleased qith your service. Thank you Kathy and Victor Lesley

I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by Armando! When he came to assess the issue and realized he would need a staple gun to attach the new trim, he initially set up an appointment with another service specialist at a later date since he didn't have a staple gun on his truck. Then he called me and said he could come back in a few hours with a staple gun to complete the repair, which he did. Problem is solved, and it looks great. He was not also super efficient, he is also a very kind person. I am very happy with the repair.

Terrible service. The guy came just to install new motor or doors. Does not even look or find a solution to legacy motors or doors. He broke my legacy motor cover and didn't even get off side stole to check electrical wires or sensors. People on your local yellow pages or websites can fix or find solutions to old legacy motors. Plus you can find someones else that will install a garage motor less then a thousand dollars. No thanks.

We had a emergency call at 3pm that our door had broken and the springs and cable had broken and needed assistance right away I called and the young lady was so nice and told me a technician would come out within the next 3 hours. Miles Herrera showed up at around 4-4:30 and was so nice and told me he would do his best but since the door was 20+ years old it might be difficult. By 6pm he was through and the door was fixed and he had replaced all the various parts and lubed the door and parts and everything was working. He had to replace the rollers, springs some hardware and reattach the tracks to the garage He had a wonderful attitude and even though he had a family event after his call with us he took his time and was very gracious Good for you to have him on your team He was a pleasure to work with Denis Weber

1. Precision met my expectations since they were already high from the November 2023 repair visit. 2. Our problem was solved by having the technician adjust the limit stops and inspect the garage door and opener and how they operated including safeties. 3. The technician, Jesse Ochoa-Magana was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. 4. Jesse was very helpful both in the actual repair and in explaining the issues.

I went to the Precision door office in Monterey Park to get a garage clicker. Met with Guy who was so helpful and professional.
