My spring tension on my garage door broke a few days ago. I Set up a an appointment with this company. Armando Bacca a technician arrived between the times he was expected. Very professional and respectful. While inspecting my garage door I did not want to pay what he had first quoted me for. I believed it was a bit too much. Armando acknowledging I was a bit strapped on funds and did not want to leave me with a non operating garage door, came up with a few discounts. I was very happy that he was able to come with a lower quote . Then as we continued our conversation, he found out I was a retired veteran, he again began to work his magic and was able to give me a more lower quote! Actually my first quote was $460. With everything said and done, I paid $300 even for the parts ( Upgraded ) and labor! I must say Armando is pro military!!! I love it!!! We need more people like him. Very down to earth and outstanding person! This company is blessed to have an employee like Armando Bacca! Thank you Armando and God Bless you! Pomona,Ca. J. Reyes

Very quick review about the service provided by: Mr. Sean Pros: - Overqualified engineer, did an amazing job…. took his time providing the “Precision” Service he promised. I really appreciate that. - Mr. Sean is a very nice person, my whole family and I felt very comfortable in his presence. - Price was very reasonable considering the quality of service provided. Cons: - My wife was very upset after he didn’t finish his plate. She was thinking he didn’t like her food. - Nothing else ……Sean is an awesome engineer and I am very happy with this company.

Russ & Trevor were extremely professional plus both have good sense of humor. They called to advise me of arrival time within 1/2 hour of being in the driveway. Russ provided me with a detailed overview of the repair as well as some preventive maintenance ideas that could extend the life of the garage door. We went with those ideas & truly appreciate the guidance. Absolutely 5 Star treatment!

We could not find the name of the garage door company we used in the past so found you using Google. Your website looked very good, and we liked the guarantees you made there. So, decided to give you a try. Next day service first thing Saturday morning, job done within 45 minutes just like the man said it would be. Price was fair, door now works like new, technician was personable and knew exactly what he was doing. It does not get any better than that. Next time we need garage door work you will be the ones getting the call!

This experience was definitely a 5 star, I have had a lot of projects performed and this by far was the best service ever. Eric was the technician that replaced my garage door springs and cables, very knowledgeable and a true gentleman, excellent job Eric .

Precision did an amazing job replacing my old single panel door with a new 4 panel tracked door. Miguel and Colt came out to get measurements and give me the estimate, they did a great job talking me through the door options and reassured me that there would be no issues installing with the minimal head room available in my garage. I was able to get the install scheduled for less than a week later. On the day of install, Javier and Kevin came over with the new door. They were able to get the old door down and the new one installed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Thanks team.
