Kyle Keefauver was FANTASTIC! Very professional and patient, explained everything beforehand. But one star was lost due to a misleading estimate provided on the phone. I asked about the price for replacing a broken spring and was told it "starts at $205 per spring." Technically true but no where close to the actual price for a spring for my rollup door. Thus Kyle had to deal with my sticker shock. The office staff needs to go one step farther and ensure they are not misleading the customers.

Love Precision! We had the garage door installed some years back. Service people are great. Today, February 13, in heavy pouring rain, Dillan came out and did an awesome job repairing an issue we were having with our door. He was knowledgeable and was able to take care of the issue quickly. We woke up Monday morning and our garage door opener wouldn’t work. The reviews for Precision Door Services were stellar so I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Matthew came out, confirmed that our garage door opener had died, and offered options so we quickly decided on the one we wanted. Installation was quick and the garage opener (Lanier) is so much smoother and quieter than our old one. Matthew was great. Pleasant, explained our options, and was quick with the installation. My technician Armando was amazing. Don't make the mistake I did of calling someone else first. I needed my torsion spring balanced and the first guy I found on Google charged $200, didn't fix it then ghosted me. I called Precision and they installed a new spring to replace my old one, balanced it, and helped me install my side mount garage door opener. He didn't leave until everything was perfect.

I had Precision install my garage door about 15 years ago and it has been reliable all these years. A few days ago I locked my "clicker" in my car in the garage and had to use the manual lock to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to re-engage the electronic feature and had to call Precision to help me out and to get a second "clicker". They sent Matthew who was absolutely great and had me up and running in a few minutes. He was professional and completely knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise! He's your best cheerleader! Anyway, I think if you are looking for a garage door company, give Precision a try.

Precision indeed! Technician Julian Bacca diagnosed issues with my noisy 15 year old garage door. He replaced the springs, bearing, and rollers. Now the door opens and closes like new...very quiet! Thank you Julian!

Matthew installed a new garage door opener (with a belt drive) for us. He did a professional job with the installation. We were really impressed with his knowledge of the various brands of garage door openers. Since he comes from a family of several generations in this business, he could knowledgeably answer our questions based on his extensive experience. Also, we are impressed with the office staff (Tyler, Anthony) who patiently took the time over the phone to discuss the many options for us. Their knowledge helped us to make a good decision. The tech was excellent. My problem is that he didn't carry the spring I had, he only carries the most expensive spring. If I wanted the spring I had, it would take maybe up to a week to get it fixed. Why doesn't the techs carry all the springs instead of only the highest price ones. It forces the customers to buy the expensive one. Not happy. I feel ripped off
