Requested services because door not coming down. Apparently, there was an obstruction causing door not to come down. At this time, I decided to upgrade door opener to include camera. Tony (technician) installed and explained features very well. Tony did a wonderful job.

The installer did not inform me I would be charged extra for two additional garage door clickers. This was not even discussed nor was the possibility of repairing the existing opener. Overall way too expensive for a basic garage door opener.

Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car
