I chose Precision because they make calls 24/7. Eric showed up earlier than the 12-4 originally scheduled, which was greatly appreciated! He fixed my door and didn’t pressure me in to buying anything else. I do plan on replacing the door and motor at some point. When I do I will probably call you.

Talked to alive person to make the appointment. Technicians were on time and had called about 30 minutes before arriving to say they were on the way. The Technicians introduced themselves and went straight to work. I've used Precision for years and trust them implicitly. They diagnosed the problem and made recommendations intended to meet my needs. The replaced two 20 something year old Door Openers and demonstrated their functionality. They even helped input the Pass Code to our external key pad and then paired our car's control panel to open the two doors from inside the cars. They were neat and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing service. Our repair man, Russ T., called us ahead of time to advise us of his arrival time. He was personable and honest. I chose Precision because I saw an ad. Didn't really know what to expect. Got a call about half an hour later from a really wonderful guy who set up an appt. with Armando for the next day--which was New Year's Eve, BTW. Armando called ahead and showed up on time. He ended up installing a new motor and rollers, which are unbelievably quiet! Did it in about 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Precision and will do so to my friends and family.

The service person was very friendly and professional, nothing in writing regarding the quote. Looking back I think I was overcharged, the cost was $485.00 for less than a half hours work. The door is functioning, but shifted way to the right side with a bent track. The tech got the garage door working, I just think it was a bit excessive in cost.

Emergency call for our rental house placed on a Sun and remarkably a real person answered, explained the process and called the tenant to set up next day inspection. Miguel went to the house and diagnosed the problem explaining our old roll up door and pulley/spring system is no longer made. He recommended a new spring system and we also replaced the door and related hardware. Techs came out the next day and completed the work, clean and quick. New door looks and work great. Very satisfied customer. Will use again.
