I needed a new garage door opener. Rene Salazar was on time for the appointment, calling me way. He had the necessary ports in his truck, so he was able to install it right away. He was efficient and thorough in his installation, and made sure the clean up was complete. His manner was very friendly, and he answered all my questions without hesitation.

This company installed my garage door in 2016 & still was able to use the old door opener at that time...unfortunately the door opener was giving me a problem for quite a while & needs a service. So I called up Precision to make an appointment yesterday & was given one for today, Sunday & it's Father's Day. Sean Hogan was the tech assigned for the job who happens to live in my city. He promptly arrived at my place, checked out the old door opener, gave me options & I opted out to replaced the old one with new one...Hopefully, this new Liftmaster garage door opener will serve its purpose for longer period of time. With regards to Sean, thtech is such a cool dude...with his knowledge in mech'l & elect'l eng'g, I really think he knows & enjoys what he's doing ! Keep up the good work & more power to the company !!!

5 stars for Precision and George! He was super professional and helpful. He spent time carefully checking our garage door with great precision, reprogrammed the opener, and lubricated all the key components. It was so refreshing to work with someone who is honest and trustworthy—he didn't try to force any extra sales on things we didn't need. The invoice breakdown was also extremely clear with no hidden fees. I’m so satisfied with this experience that I’ve already decided to use their service long-term. Highly recommend!

I had a pretty good experience with the quality of the work here. The technician showed up on time and finished the job quickly, and the repair itself was solid. That said, I was really frustrated by the lack of transparency with the pricing. I was quoted $200 for a spring replacement, but it turned out that was per spring, so the final bill was double what I expected. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I think they should be upfront about the total cost before starting the work. Great repair, but the pricing surprise really soured the experience.

After two years of installing, the garage door started making a few noises. Decided to give it a tune up. Called the original installer and when they didn't turn my call, I called Precision because of their tv advertisements. Julian arrived and after confirming the quoted promo price, did a quick and thorough job of evaluating what was needed. Performed the tune up and answered all my questions including giving a few maintenance tips. Very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Will definitely call Precision and ask for Julian should I need any further service on my garage door!!

They tried to charge us $1500 to do 1 broken spring after over the phone saying it would be $200 per spring . Tech, up charged so much for unnecessary things. And when we said we didnt like the price they tried to charge us a $70 service call charge ? Shady business practice. Save your self and call a local handyman. We ended up getting the job done for $350.

John (Jack) Clayton arrived promptly to inspect my garage door which had a broken spring. Once discussed and cost estimate agreed, he immediately set about replacing both springs. Jack was superbly efficient and professional in carrying out his job. I should also add that he showed the utmost courtesy and respect throughout the task making it one of the best experiences I’ve ever encountered with a service pro!

First, I want to say that everyone at Precision Garage Door was professional, friendly and really helpful. The new garage door is wonderful. Second, and this is why I'm giving you 3 stars, is the issues on the day of installation and lack of communication regarding the actual arrival of the crew. I had been dealing with Rafael, and the week of 7/13/26 I called to see if we could change the install date of 7/27 to that week or the following week. Rafael said not a problem, and we scheduled for 7/16. He called me the day before to say that there had been a medical emergency with one of the installers, so could we do it on Tuesday 7/21 between 8am - 12pm. They would arrive 8am -9am for set up. I received a reminder text on Monday 7/20 saying Precision would be there between 8am -10am. On Tuesday 7/21 I waited all morning. I called Rafael at 12:13pm asking for an update and ETA for installation. No response. I received a text from Precision saying the technician "is on the way". I called the Precision office at 1pm. They apologized and said they would reach out to Rafael to call me. Alfredo and Ethen arrived around 1:30pm, apologizing. They said they had been assigned to another location in the morning per Rafael, and then were told he had double booked, so they came here as soon as possible. They said that Rafael was supposed to call me and advise, and I told then he hadn't. They were deeply apologetic, and proceeded to install the door (they were fabulous and friendly and courteous and professional). It is one week later, and I have yet to hear from Rafael or Precision as to an apology or a personal thanks. Instead, I received an email asking me to leave a review. I hate posting "dirty laundry" as to bad behavior, but if this is how your company does business, I think people should know. BTW, I have another house that needs a garage door, but I won't be using Precision for that installation.
