We had used Precision Door Services before and were satisfied with their services, so when Mike came over (exactly when he said he would), we said we were in his hands. Mike was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, friendly, asked us about our needs and worked with us to meet them. We got a new garage door opener, which he installed efficiently while bolstering the door itself, and he worked patiently with us to sync the opener to our cars and our phones. We were very happy with the service and the new system. We highly recommend Precision Door Services and Mike.

Great service. Booked appointment online on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon. They were early and got the job done asap. Had to replace the cables and rewind the spring. Julian Bacca was knowledgeable and got right to it. Works better now than before the cable broke!

The technician, Matthew, was beyond capable, he diagnosed the problem, suggested options and was able to install the opener in a very reasonable amount of time. I would have given a 5 star rating but did not do so due to the cost.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! After I called, they quickly scheduled a tech to come to our home to assess the issue (garage door motor). The tech who came out (Michael K.) was awesome. Michael showed up on time and quickly figured out the issue. He provided me several options. Michael was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
