The Technician Miles responded promptly (before scheduled time) and was professional and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it promptly. He also made recommendations for future potential issues that may occur. I will definitely use Precision in the future, because when your door is down you don't want to wait around.

James was prompt, courteous and most professional. After seeing my problem he was helpful in explaining it to me. A 26 year old opener was going thru a slow death! I opted to replace it. He was quick to do the job and do it correctly. He answered all my questions and explained the operation of the new equipment. I would highly recommend Precision if your in need of repair. Technician Armando Bacca was knowledgable, helpful and friendly when he installed two weather strips across my garage doors. Because the new rubber strips were wider than the original ones on the doors he took extra time to make sure they fit properly and adjusted both of the drive motors so the additional height of the new rubber would close smoothly and not cause the elec eye to raise the doors thinking something was in the way. He arrived on time and cleaned up the old strips he removed, a great job,

You never expect your garage door to break. So when it did, I didn't know where to turn. I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on Google. Chris was at my home within 2 hours of my call. He was very professional and personable. He assessed the problem and clearly communicated what needed to be repaired and the work was done quickly.
