The office staff was courteous and was able to schedule a next-day appointment (non-emergency). Service technician Kyle maintained communication with me to inform me of his arrival time. I required a battery replacement for a wall-mounted opener, which was mounted in a challenging location. Kyle and Adrian handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Their service was both pleasant and prompt. I would not hesitate to utilize Precision Garage Door in the future.

Very professional service. Came out same day to do the repairs. Replace broken spring and checked on other 20 year parts to insure if they would last. Gave a fair estimate and did not leave until the job was completed and and everything was working better than when they arrived. They are on my list for any future needs or recommendations.

First class service. Arrived at 1:00 pm to evaluate my noisy garage door stuck. Done at 3:45. Clean guy. Replaced my garage door opener with super quiet machine. Replaced my sensors and taught me how to fix it if the light bulb flashes 3 times, Replaced all my roller with quiet silicone stuff. Fixed all the hinges on the door, some needed replacement. Programmed remote controller. Best no up selling! Yes, their for real!

WOW! I’m overwhelmed with the service by Precision as performed by the entire company, especially their technician Julian Bacca. The work started 2 hours after we called. It was done promptly, efficiently, and well within the promised timeframe. Julian, before leaving, conducted a thorough safety inspection of his work and the door overall. This was the best home repair experience I’ve had in Pasadena.

My garage door opener was beeping?? Julian came out and replaced the backup battery and did a through inspection of the opener and the door. My door is old and it needed some hinges replaced, new rollers and a tune up. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and charming. He quickly identified the problems and fixed them in a very short period of time. The opener has stopped beeping and the door runs smoother and quieter ! Thank You Julian for great work !

Armando and Jose were very professional and efficient. A new controller board was needed in my Linear along with lubricating the door rollers and adding a service loop to wiring at the IR sensors only took about an hour. Price for service was reasonable. A power outage may have contributed to the controller failure and Armando suggested I add a surge protector to the AC voltage source for the door opener. Anyway, kudos to both gentlemen.

Highly, highly, highly recommended Precision Garage door! Julian was here early, worked fast and even took the time go over all the work that was done that was agreed upon. Not to mention he also went above and beyond by pairing my garage to my phone, now I can control it from anywhere! Not even the real estate agent knew that was available. 10/10 would use again!

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door and feel it's important to share. Great Team, But Terrible Communication and Scheduling. I want to start by saying that my salesman and installers were great – professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a solid job with the installation, and I appreciated their work. However, the overall experience was seriously impacted by poor communication and scheduling issues. When I placed my order, I was clear about making sure they would not cancel my appointment. Getting clear updates from the office was frustrating. I had to follow up just to confirm my appointment, and even then, they assured me that my scheduled install was good and even got a confirmation. The day before I get a call to inform me they needed to cancel as the door did not arrive. An inconvenience, as I had to reschedule for another day. It often felt like no one was actually managing or coordinating the process, which made the experience stressful and inconvenient. For the new rescheduled date, I was told and sent a text message confirming the Installers would arrive during a specific window, but they were one hour late. Although, I was compensated for the cancelation and they upgraded my door, their customer service needs major improvement. Precision Garage Door promotes itself as a professional and customer-focused company, but the lack of organization on the back end tells a different story. It’s unfortunate, because the people doing the actual work were great — but the company really needs to improve its communication and honor its commitments when it comes to scheduling. I’m not sure I’d use them again based on this experience.
