My custom designed wooden garage door had swelled in the rain and jammed partly open. It was unusable. Precision Door sent Jacob to the rescue. He determined how to get into the garage only to find the bolt holding the spring on one side had pulled out of the wood frame. He brilliantly conceived of a way of strengthening the wood with steel, attaching the spring to the steel thereby eliminating the bolt into the wood. It is now sturdier than before. The door functions beautifully and I'm totally satisfied. I award Jacob 5 gold stars!

I can highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I called them when my garage door would not open or close completely. My appointment was the same day and the technician called before he arrived. He (Jacob) analyzed the issue and checked for other possible problems. He offered me 3 solutions and completed the one I chose in 45 minutes. Jacob was professional, thorough and very informative, Absolutely, I will call Precision with any future garage door problems.

All of the techs from Precision Garage Door are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My Service Technician, Mr. Julian Bacca was professional and patient as he described the problem and solution. I would have him come to my home again to fix my garage. This was a great meeting. Thanks again for having great people.

Precision Garage Door provided excellent service from initial contact through completion of repairs. The office receptionist we spoke with was courteous, efficient and very helpful in setting up a time for a field tech to arrive at our home. The field technician, Jose Romero, did a great job of communicating his estimated arrival time so that we would not be waiting around the house for hours, including giving up a 30-minute update as he was leaving his previous job location and on the way to us. Upon arrival, Jose accurately assessed the situation and gave us a list of options to affect a repair. He did a very thorough and professional job repairing our garage door. Jose is without a doubt a valuable asset to his employer and an outstanding ambassador for Precision Garage Doors, with great people skills and technical expertise. We were totally satisfied with the performance of the company and its talented employees and heartily recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a high-quality door contractor.

For decades Ive done business w the Precision Door franchise servicing the West San Fernando Vallay. Ive always been satisfied w the previous franchise and now with the present 19 yr old franchise. They are prompt in showing up, knowledgable in their analysis & installation. They dont try to sell a service that you dont need. Today I had a weather strip bar ( rubber & metal bar) installed and the work was done skillfully by a personable serviceman Jacob McD. Well done and reasonable $.

I am so grateful for the service Anass Iklid provided me last night. My EV charger is in my garage and I was having trouble closing my garage door on my EV charger cable so I could charge my car in the driveway. My door kept opening when it hit the charging cable. I had a late afternoon appointment and Anass was running over on another job and rather than reschedule, he called and asked me if it would be OK to come at the end of my service window and assured me he'll take care of the problem. And that he did, super fast! Most companies and people would just reschedule, so I was amazed Anass offered to still come after his very long day. True dedication!

Respond same day. Jacob, technician, very friendly and worked with me to provide great service. Very professional and does great work replacing my garage motor. We needed to replace our very loud 30 yr old garage door opener so chose a belt drive which came with all the safety features. When our technician, Anass, arrived, he made a thorough inspection of our door and pointed out 2 cracked hinges (which would have failed at some point and caused our door to twist). Our rollers were also worn out and would cause extra wear and tear on the new motor (and make it noisy). Making the repairs now would save us grief and money down the line so were appreciative of his attention to detail and approved for him to make the repairs. We can't say enough good things about Anass, he was friendly, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and cleaned up the area when he was finished. We couldn't be happier with his service. The new opener is wonderful, it's so incredibly quiet! We wish we had done this sooner! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Anass in particular!
