Anas worked very hard. Very pleasant person. But, the new opener doesn’t work properly. Door will not fully open. Opens and closes in fits and starts, not reaching fully open or closed. Basically useless. Anas promised to return tomorrow to fix it. We shall see. PS I’ve already paid.

Great Servise! recently door opener not able to open Tech guy arrived open with key yet no able to open suggested view electrical panel checked said all good proceeded to break garage gain entry checked power dead left garage open suggested call Electrical person. Friend en came over check electric panel breaker off put back on all working perfectly Paid Precision Doors over $300.00 for break inn and repair break inn parts If Precision had known to identify Breaker had tripped and flip to turn power back on these costs avoided Shamefully you do not stand up to your claim on this situation as listed above Tech person unable to identify breaker yet quick to create expense not required After this type of abuse not acceptable suggest train Techs to check beaker prior before creating costly work and take advantage of retired handicap senior's not able to check Electrical box great services from PRECISION in the past this service failed waste of valuable $$ for seniors

This company is a scam DO NOT use them. Their proposal for a new garage door was 600% more expensive than other companies. Get multiple quotes. Precision wont be the winner of your busines.

We had a great experience with Julian. He was very professional, on time and pleasant. We also used Precision Garage for our home in Granada Hills, they installed a brand new door back in approximately 2006, still working great! We had our Torsion Spring replaced today. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage. I really appreciate the text & email when I set the Appointment and the follow up call when Julian was on his way. 5 star absolutely!

I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. He gave us enough information so that we could make an informed decision. I understand why he has so many 5 star reviews!!!

Service tech, Brandon, was excellent! He showed up on time, thoroughly inspected all of our garage door components to ensure that any issues (and potential future issues - e.g. stretched cables, etc.) in addition to what we requested service for (broken spring) could be addressed. We were presented multiple repair options allowing us to select a price point and quality level we were comfortable with. Work was completed promptly and competently, and the cost of the parts and labor we selected was fair. We've used Precision multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future

As usual, Presidio's reps and crew were prompt, very professional and pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and supportive in helping us decide on the best option for our home—all without any hard selling. The range of offerings (styles, colors and finishes, insulation or not, etc) was excellent and pricing was upfront and reasonable. The install crew did excellent work and left everything swept up and neat at the end. We've been enjoying our beautiful, updated new garage door system for a week now and are absolutely delighted not only with how well it functions but also how perfectly the color fits in with the rest of our home 's color palette.
