Jose did a great job of replacing the working mechanism of our garage door. It is much quieter than it was before. After inspecting the garage door and explaining which parts needed to replaced and which parts would have to be replaced in the near future, he gave me 3 options. waited 4.5 hours for service writer. They double book appointments, was not impressed. Needed an estimate for a new door. Their prices are higher than an independent. It was not a great experience. I blame whoever is making appointments. The service writer was great, took a bit longer, had to wait while he was training someone.

OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!
