I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. He gave us enough information so that we could make an informed decision. I understand why he has so many 5 star reviews!!!

Service tech, Brandon, was excellent! He showed up on time, thoroughly inspected all of our garage door components to ensure that any issues (and potential future issues - e.g. stretched cables, etc.) in addition to what we requested service for (broken spring) could be addressed. We were presented multiple repair options allowing us to select a price point and quality level we were comfortable with. Work was completed promptly and competently, and the cost of the parts and labor we selected was fair. We've used Precision multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future

Precision has been my go-to for more than a decade for garage door maintenance--routine and not-so-routine (as when I accidentally backed out of the garage before the door was fully raised!) In fact, the prior owners had also relied on Precision. So when, when this door was ready for an update, we knew where to turn. As usual, Presidio's reps and crew were prompt, very professional and pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and supportive in helping us decide on the best option for our home—all without any hard selling. The range of offerings (styles, colors and finishes, insulation or not, etc) was excellent and pricing was upfront and reasonable. The install crew did excellent work and left everything swept up and neat at the end. We've been enjoying our beautiful, updated new garage door system for a week now and are absolutely delighted not only with how well it functions but also how perfectly the color fits in with the rest of our home 's color palette. We expect to be enjoying this new garage door system for decades to come--with Precision just a call away, should we ever need them. Thanks, Precision, for everything!

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door and feel it's important to share. Great Team, But Terrible Communication and Scheduling. I want to start by saying that my salesman and installers were great – professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a solid job with the installation, and I appreciated their work. However, the overall experience was seriously impacted by poor communication and scheduling issues. When I placed my order, I was clear about making sure they would not cancel my appointment. Getting clear updates from the office was frustrating. I had to follow up just to confirm my appointment, and even then, they assured me that my scheduled install was good and even got a confirmation. The day before I get a call to inform me they needed to cancel as the door did not arrive. An inconvenience, as I had to reschedule for another day. It often felt like no one was actually managing or coordinating the process, which made the experience stressful and inconvenient. For the new rescheduled date, I was told and sent a text message confirming the Installers would arrive during a specific window, but they were one hour late. Although, I was compensated for the cancelation and they upgraded my door, their customer service needs major improvement. Precision Garage Door promotes itself as a professional and customer-focused company, but the lack of organization on the back end tells a different story. It’s unfortunate, because the people doing the actual work were great — but the company really needs to improve its communication and honor its commitments when it comes to scheduling. I’m not sure I’d use them again based on this experience.

The office staff was courteous and was able to schedule a next-day appointment (non-emergency). Service technician Kyle maintained communication with me to inform me of his arrival time. I required a battery replacement for a wall-mounted opener, which was mounted in a challenging location. Kyle and Adrian handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Their service was both pleasant and prompt. I would not hesitate to utilize Precision Garage Door in the future.
