Very quick and friendly service. The service window they gave us was reasonable, and they have a system that automatically alerts you when they're on their way (and they call too). The quote and options were given up front and they had the parts on hand, ready to install. Our quote, safety check, fix, and maintenance was finished in about an hour from start to finish. Our tech, Alex Solano was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband paid over $1800.00 for a garage door opener and new spring! (Is this the going rate for servicing a garage door?) He was not given a sales receipt itemizing the items nor was there any documentation of the purchase showing the purchase date or information on whom to contact for warranty service. And, although the opener says 'Linear'. the paperwork says 'NICE'. I'm not sure who services this opener. BTW-the opener has only a small light which barely lights the garage and the remote operates only in a small distance from the door itself.

My custom designed wooden garage door had swelled in the rain and jammed partly open. It was unusable. Precision Door sent Jacob to the rescue. He determined how to get into the garage only to find the bolt holding the spring on one side had pulled out of the wood frame. He brilliantly conceived of a way of strengthening the wood with steel, attaching the spring to the steel thereby eliminating the bolt into the wood. It is now sturdier than before. The door functions beautifully and I'm totally satisfied. I award Jacob 5 gold stars!

Precision Garage Door provided excellent service from initial contact through completion of repairs. The office receptionist we spoke with was courteous, efficient and very helpful in setting up a time for a field tech to arrive at our home. The field technician, Jose Romero, did a great job of communicating his estimated arrival time so that we would not be waiting around the house for hours, including giving up a 30-minute update as he was leaving his previous job location and on the way to us. Upon arrival, Jose accurately assessed the situation and gave us a list of options to affect a repair. He did a very thorough and professional job repairing our garage door. For decades Ive done business w the Precision Door franchise servicing the West San Fernando Vallay. Ive always been satisfied w the previous franchise and now with the present 19 yr old franchise. They are prompt in showing up, knowledgable in their analysis & installation. They dont try to sell a service that you dont need. Today I had a weather strip bar ( rubber & metal bar) installed and the work was done skillfully by a personable serviceman Jacob McD. Well done and reasonable $.
