The Precision technician was polite and friendly, but he claimed that I needed a new garage door and new hardware, when I really didn’t. The estimate he gave me was way overpriced, and I chose a different company that did not try to upsell me.

Dylan was our expert technician, and he was both courteous & professional - clear in the service options for our issues, and completed the work quickly but very thoroughly. First let me say my experience was great and I would absolutely use Precision again. That said, things started a little rocky because I was the last appointment of the day and my technician got held up at another job. Knowing that is always a risk when you are scheduled late in the day, I was not too upset, but they were in communication and let me know about the delay, letting me reschedule for first appointment the next day when it got too late. The next morning, my tech Alex called to confirm his arrival time. He was quickly able to determine the issue, made some recommendations and provided alternatives. I was very happy to see that there was no hard sell, no pressure and he just gave me the information and let me decide. Once I approved, he got to work and had the replacement of my door opener completed. He was polite, explained everything really well and I could not be happier with the job he did. He showed me all the new features and made some recommendations additional recommendations for the future, but again, just gave me the information and to call if I wanted to schedule anything further. Thanks for the great job and I will be calling when I am ready to replace my garage door!
