Our garage door was repaired in one day. Our technician was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and also helped us install an app to monitor the garage door. We have used Precision in the past and would use them in the future. My family and I are recommending that whomever we do business with are fully vaccinated.

The technician, Armando was late even after a four hour window and gave me a 600+ quote for a spring when they had originally stated estimate of $100. I know you have to pay for the expertise but $600 for a spring seems outrageous. It’s like they know you have an emergency and take advantage. I rather look for an honest, fair priced company.

Regarding our spring pricing, we state that springs start at $125. But depending on various factors, such as the height and weight of the door, or the types of springs you may need, the price may vary. Typically, if springs need to be replaced, other items such as bearings, torsion tubes, drums, and cables may need to be replaced as well, and that will affect the overall price. Lastly, we at Precision Door Service believe in being honest, and would never take advantage of a customer in an emergency. Our competitive pricing remains the same whether you urgently need your vehicle out of your garage, or you are casually shopping for a new garage door. In any case, whether or not you choose to use Precision, we wish you the best in getting a high-quality solution for your garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door is the Best there is. I have one and I purchased one for my son who just made a home purchase. From Sean my sales tech tithe installers- Daniel Y, Matt Simmons and Kevin Boccalero performed in a professional and courteous level. They went above and beyond in the clean up process. I have been using Precision since 2012 when we had garage springs changed. We had a tune-up in 2017 and just had them replace the old springs. Every one of the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service and are on time. Highly recommended.

Evan was professional, knowledgable and a good communicator. Evan patiently explained in detail what he needed to do. I understood clearly what the job would entail, and the cost, depending on the extent of the repair job. He worked hard and the job was made especially difficult due to the fact that our garage was full. We are undergoing a kitchen remodel and a lot of our kitchen materials were placed in the garage, including a second refrigerator. Evan was undeterred, worked around the mess and did a great job. Also, Evan was careful to remove unneeded screws (no flat tires!) and materials from the floor before leaving. I don't always receive that level of attention to detail from other workers with other companies. When the time comes for us to replace our garage door, your company will at the top of the list thanks to Evan.

When I called Precision the guy who answered was Derek. He scheduled me between 10am n 2pm... when I told him I’m taking care of an old lady n needs to be with her before12noon he said,”as soon there will be an open spot in the the morning he’ll send the technician right away.” And early this morning a technician called n he said, he’ll be here in 10 min..and we’re very thankful that our garage door was fixed ahead of time...Evan is very polite n respectful. He explained things on point. Very clear n easy to understand and he did his job well. For Evan is 10???? and Derek 10????I highly recommend Precision Door L A to everyone!

Our garage door is Bout 6 years old and has been giving us problems for the last 3 years. I called Precision t I give an estimate to either replace the door or fix it. After Evan spent a few minutes inspecting the door, he found a few issues and determine that a new door was not necessary. He fixed all the issues in about an hour and the door now opens and closes quietly and smoothly.

A live person picked up quickly after the initial business informational recording - a BIG plus for me as well.
