Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed plus options for additional upgrades. I chose my preferred option and Alfredo completed the work quickly and efficiently. Precision came out to fix my broken garage door opener quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and ensured she could understand the problem. I was offered a time to fix the door that day. The technician, Jonathan was on time, professional and did an excellent job in accessing the problem and fixing it quickly and professionally. After the fix, he explained what he did and how to maintain the unit to avoid further problems.

I really, really like Dylan. He is respectful, explains the technical, mechanical, and options for repairs very well. He responded to my questions. Examined every inch of my present garage door. He thought about explained how it all would work. Now I have a new garage door company...Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My garage door is one year old exactly. The original installer would not explain anything to me, He brushed off my questions and comments. He kept telling me everything was alright. He just wanted his money. He was totally disrespectful. Again, I will always go with Precision!
