1st. Tech Jose did an outstanding job. 2d. He explained his appraisal of work needed and request for additional service recommendations based on his appraisal of my system. They were common sense, no brainer questions I asked! My garage door system was antiquated to say the least. Might be over 30 years old if not older. My compliments to Genie product, to have lasted this long. 3rd, he was, in my opinion, in the time it took to replace my system w the exception of the drive. Replaced my broken spring and I asked him based on age to replace the non broken one also. AND the rest of the system, the rod, pulleys, end wire etc. 4th. He tightened and lubed the rollers etc. 5th. Jose was very customer oriented and a super pleasure to do business with; and in my mind, I will all call Precision in the future. Thank you. I do not know who had the idea to do that, but more companies need to do that. It shows that they care about their people and it makes the visit so much more impactful as you can have real conversations with your Technician instead of small talk. Jose was great.... he played the hardest position in baseball - short stop and 3rd baseman. The level of his athleticism is far greater than anything I could ever do. A very cool guy, humble and informative! He talked through everything; I got a good understanding of the garage door (and know what to expect in the upcoming years - price wise and maintenance wise). At the end of the day, everyone with a garage will need it service. Between the constant use, the weight of the door, etc. maintenance has to come. I would recommend this company. I have their number saved in my phone.

After 19 years, our old garage door opener needed replacement. I recalled using Precision Door Services for minor repair services many years ago and decided to give them a call. Shortly after speaking to their representative, I received a text with the technician's name, photo, and arrival time. When Anass arrived, he was friendly, knowledgable, and demonstrated excellent communication skills explaining how he diagnosed and identified the issue(s) and offered me potential solutions. He had our new garage door opener up and running in no time. In addition and equally as important, Anass cleaned-up everything after the installation leaving it as clean as when he arrived.
