There are few things more frustrating than broken garage door springs. So when our door didn't open on Saturday morning, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Precision Door Service had their technician Julian B at my door within a four hour window. His friendly, personable service was efficient and professional. He went immediately to work and within one hour had our overhead springs replaced, the door balanced and our mechanism working smoothly. It was a totally "no hassle" process. With a generous warranty on the springs, and the quality service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or have Precision come to my home when needed.

Jonathan came out and quickly assessed why my garage door would not close. He tried to fix it, but the motor was from the 90’s. It just gave out. We decided it had to be replaced. Service was professional, quick and efficient. It works perfectly. Would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

I remember the commercials on tv regarding this company. And kept it in mind for future referral. Well the need for a technician came and I did call Precision. Friendly staff on the phone and I had a technician come out to my home within 30 minutes. That was great! The technician Tony, was a friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. I noticed this morning that my garage door had been open all night. I could have forgotten to close it. When I closed it this morning it went all the way down and then opened back up. I checked the sensors but couldn't figure out why this was happening. I chatted with Precision and I was given a time frame today. Jason called to tell me what time to expect him. Jason was right on time and he was the employee that gave me the quote when I was looking for a new garage door. He is so professional and very pleasant. I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. Alfredo presented me with three viable solutions and he thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation. Kudos to Precision Door Service and especially to Alfredo for 5-star customer service and support!

Jacob came before our scheduled time, but he called and asked. He did a stellar job of changing our code for two remotes and the car. He also added a keypad which will be another option. Work was complete in less than half an hour... so grateful - our pool guy left without returning our remote thus the reason for the change.

Julian was awesome, he explained in detail with options to correct my damage door. Being retired I am on a budget and can you suggest how to fix that I could afford.
