I had a problem with a garage door,so my neighbor had Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up on Google and they had 5 Stars. So I needed a repair and a yearly service on 2 garage doors. I called Precision and a real person gave me an appointment in 2 days. The technician was knowledgeable and did the repairs and programmed the height and did the yearly service.

Two months following a service call, my roll up garage door started to malfunction. Precision sent a repair tech and promptly resolved the issue. Polite and friendly the service rep repaired the problem. All work covered under warranty as written on the original invoice. Thanks Dave R.

I phoned Precision on Friday and they sent a technician, Armando, out on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the eight year old sensors. Armando also phoned twice to inform us of his timeline and was very pleasant to converse with. This process wasn’t inexpensive, but I went cheap the first time with another company. Precision/Armando did it right.

The appointment was scheduled from 2pm to 6 pm. The tech said he should be there around 5. About 630 pm he called and said he would be there around 730. I don’t think this is professional. I wasted a day waiting, I don’t think I will be working with your company for my three doors I wanted to buy.

I had hoped to get a call or email by this time regarding when the garage door & motor i paid for would be delivered & installed. I already wrote a check for $150, last Saturday July 13. Today is after the Tuesday business day on July 16. Hope to hear from Precision soon, email preferably, t schedule an install. Ordered one single car garage door and motor set up.

Wow! Before I knew it my garage door was working again. One side was missing spring and the other was not in great shape. I called one night, after hours and stated not an emergency. I spoke to an operator who was most helpful and by the time I hung up I had an appointment for the next day with a four hour timeframe. William F called me within the period, inquired if I still needed service, stated he would be there within 30 min. He arrived promptly, evaluated my problem, made his recommendations, gave me price of each recommendation, I decided work I wanted done and within an hours time all was done to my satisfaction. William F was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Based on my total experience from initial phone call to William F's completion of work, I would recommend Precision Garage Door! Thank you to all!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had to replace a spring in my garage door. After two weeks of being locked out of my garage and with a solid recommendation from my neighbor, I called Precision and precise you all were and it all fell into place effortlessly, professionally, kindly and with great knowledge. Making the appointment was effortless. Hrach O who replaced my spring called to let me know he was on his way, showed up when he said he would and was an old school pro, a master technician who explained and answered all my questions and I feel I walked away with some serious garage door knowledge. The visit by your William Fletcher was insulting to me. He did nothing to correct my problem. In fact he took the safety system items without my person. He stated that my door unit required replacement. A copy of the cost and items required was received and reviewed by myself. My self and others found only two item that required repair. This was done and the door system was up and running in a short time. As a result of this, I have sent an email to your company stating that I have canceled my account with your company. No work for me is to be performed by Precision Door Service.

Your service was excellent, the technician even called at about 8:30 saying that he had 3 calls before mine and that he could not get to mine till later which was very considerate and enabled me to do a few errands before he came. The repair was very miner, of course I didn't know this at the time and I was very surprised when he said there was no charge. I would give you a 5 star and definitely recommend your company to anyone who has a garage door problem. i am a return customer and would never go anywhere else. Thank you.
