I noticed this morning that my garage door had been open all night. I could have forgotten to close it. When I closed it this morning it went all the way down and then opened back up. I checked the sensors but couldn't figure out why this was happening. I chatted with Precision and I was given a time frame today. Jason called to tell me what time to expect him. Jason was right on time and he was the employee that gave me the quote when I was looking for a new garage door. He is so professional and very pleasant. I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. Alfredo presented me with three viable solutions and he thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation. Jacob came before our scheduled time, but he called and asked. He did a stellar job of changing our code for two remotes and the car. He also added a keypad which will be another option. Work was complete in less than half an hour... so grateful - our pool guy left without returning our remote thus the reason for the change.

Miles came today to fix my garage door. It was an old set up (heavy wooden lift door) and he first analyzed possible fixes. He tried to use the parts I had on hand to fix the broken opener and when that didn't work, he installed a new motor. I was impressed with the way he explained every step of the process and how professional and efficient he worked to complete the job and bring my garage door back to automatic functioning. He is a knowledgeable, polite, and professional technician. I appreciate the great service provided. In August of 2020 Precision Door installed a new door lift. Yesterday, July 31, 2022 the door lift began malfunctioning in that the garage door would go down and then return back up rather that staying down. I called Precision Door this morning and a technician came by right after lunch, saw the problem and quickly repaired the door lift. Moreover, the repair was charged as a warranty repair at no cost. In short, I received outstanding service from Precision Door and I thank you.

My automatic garage door opener was acting up and would not go all the way down. It happened that a Precision Door Services technician was giving an estimate to one of my neighbors. This was on a Friday; I asked is he would look at my garage door problem. The technician was Sean Hogan and noted the springs were not tight enough and the unit computer might be working only intermittently. I called on Monday morning and Eric Padilla came to look at the problem. He replaced both door springs and tested the automatic door which had rebooted and was working. Both Sean and Eric were polite, efficient and professional. I am happy to say the garage door is working well now. I would definitely call Precision Door if I have another problem with the automatic door.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door service. They have a 7 day a week service which is a huge benefit. Not being able to get ones garage door open (with vehicles inside) on a weekend sold me immediately on Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule me on Sunday and fixed the broken garage door springs within a decent time frame. Sean H. was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

Great Service Serviceman was polite, knowledgeable and focused. Larwin originally built my home and took as many shortcuts as they could. The double garage door had a single counter spring. I had the standard double spring installed today, and it works effortlessly. Completed in about an hour !! Great Service !!!

Technician was prompt and did MOST of what I requested. He was, however, unable to pair the Home Link openers in 2 cars - 2017 Audi and 2022 VW Atlas. I will as for instructions from Dealer and attempt it myself.
