Total maintenance overhaul: replace broken spring, all door wheels and lift cables, This is my third occasion to bring in Precision Door for a garage door spring to be replaced between our two properties. Dylan todays technician rates 5 stars as well for.. Wonderful communication via phone and text, easy to talk with on the worksite, seeing things that could later cause me problems giving me the choice (no pressure) to include in todays job. He kept his work area clean and orderly with work in progress and left a clean worksite upon completion. These are the reasons we’ve use Precision on this third occasion……we know what we’re going to get for our money!

Tony, our tech, did an excellent job keeping me informed as to his projected arrival time which he knew would be later than the four-hour window I was provided. I was very appreciative of not having to wait at home the entire time wondering what happened to him. Tony did a short appraisal of the problem with my decades-old Sears opener, ran same calculations, and then apprised me of my repair versus purchase a new opener options. He shared with me the pros and cons of each option and answered all of my questions. I chose to repair my opener and Tony went right to work. He spent a good deal of time making sure that the repair was done correctly and he performed a complete maintenance on the entire opening system.

Anthony and Precision Doors was amazing! We were unable to open our garage door, contacted Precision and the rep was awesome. Anthony was out in less than two hours same day after we made our initial contact. Anthony was able to diagnose our issue and provided different quotes on the spot to repair the broken springs and motor. I thought I was going to have to wait until parts were ordered and schedule a return trip. Anthony had everything in his van and within two hours we were back up and good to go! I have called on Precision Garage Door twice now, once for inspection & repairs and this time, for replacement of the rubber strip that runs along the bottom of my door. Both experiences were a delight. For my most recent call, Julian was extremely courteous, friendly and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He also made a quick inspection of everything else, recommended new rollers for a quieter door but exerted no pressure. He fully understood when I opted to decline for now since there was no safety issue and I'm watching my budget. On both occasions I've had top-notch service from Precision from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'll use them again for future inspections and repairs and I highly recommend them to others!

The repair tech was on time.He did a very good inspection of the condition of my wood door and the opener. I had called for the inspection because the springs had been replaced in 2015. I am the proactive type and I would rather replace the springs when I want, not when they demand it. I have been using Precision for about 30 to 40 years and I have always been happy with their work. The "service performed" box does not allow for a note that the springs were replaced before breaking.

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.
