I paid your company $70 for a service call, and your driver was here for only 15 minutes. Soon, I figured out that it’d be cheaper to go with another provider instead of paying $300-$500 for what should be a $170-$180 fix. Before contacting you, I checked with other companies, sending them videos of my garage door issue, and they mostly agreed on the problem and gave me consistent quotes. I went with you because I’d trusted your company in the past, I’m not a door expert. But I know and feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I ended up having a local outfit repair it and saved $90 yes, I lost $70 but I learned a lesson along the way and fyi your drive was polite and professional I understand he was just doing his job. Thank you. PS. I would have paid you the $170 your guy was already there.

Called before noon to get a quote on a new door to replace a door from the 80’s that matched HOA look and color. Julian came in an hour with a text notifying time of arrival and a resume with his picture. He called when he reached the entry gate before his arrival. Very polite and professional. He measured, verified color and provided estimate. I wrote him a deposit check after he answered all my questions. I was going to get more estimates but he had all the right responses. Good employee and representative for your company.

Chose Precision Door because noted on BBB site after I had received a bid from another company that was not BBB. We need a garage door replacement on a very old garage, and Matthew was very professional and explained the whole process. Our purpose was to get a ball park figure so that we could add to our capital budget request for approval for our fiscal year which begns after July 31. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained what the process would be as well as what we might have to have done in-house as part of the process for Precision Door to proceed with the garage door replacement.

We obviously needed to replace the broken spring on our door, but Brandon pointed out that, due to the age of our door, there were other components showing wear and tear. He explained all his reasoning in a straight forward manner. I decided it would be better to replace these other components now rather than have another repair in a year or two. The door is working as good as it did when purchased 17 years ago.

Our great experience with Precision started with the person who answered my call. Her responses to questions about your company were must encouraging. She booked Michael for today. He arrived in uniform with a company truck and handed me his business card. Per my request he took me through an assessment of each door in detail. Since I have a hearing problem it took him longer than he might have planned for. He solved the problem we were having with a motion sensor on one of the three doors and made other minor adjustments. We will be scheduling a visit in July with Michael for another inspection, lubrication etc. The overall experience was Five Star. Our home is in a HOA and Susan is on the board and spoke with Michael as well. He and Precision will be recommended to our members. David and Susan 2/28/2020
