SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So glad I called Precision. They came out same day (with two hours of my call), were HONEST and FRIENDLY. Fixed my garage door and it was VERY AFFORDABLE. KEVIN was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT before he left. Didn’t try to up-sell. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They just gained a customer for life.

Jason was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was provided a time frame from 8 am to 12 pm. What I really appreciated was a call from Jason at 7:45 to let me know he had two jobs prior to mine. This freed me up to until 10 am or so and I wasn't sitting around in limbo waiting. Quick and expert installation by Jason.

The office staff was friendly and able to scheduled same day service. The technicians were prompt, efficient, wore masks, social distanced and were kind. They explained reasonable options to fix, replace and bring equipment up to current building codes. Prices were reasonable! We asked to have equipment fixed and serviced at this time, and they were happy to do it.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Miguel was out here to repair my gararge door within about 12 hours of my first call. He didn't try to oversell me with a new door, which is was I was afraid of. He completed the repair in about an hour, while wearing his mask and taking safety precautions.

I am very satisfied with the repair of my garage door. I give you 5 stars. I was having trouble with the manual release lever. I also needed a new remote control. Jason kept in tough all morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He fixed the problem and explained to me how I could prevent the same issue recurring. It was a pleasure working with Jason. Colt responded to my rental property. Tenant reported a malfunction with garage door. Door was operating fine when Colt inspected it. Colt called me and thoroughly explained everything. I was not charge for the service call. I was very impressed with the service & that I was not charged. I will definitely use this service in the future.

My garage door was making a popping noise. Russ diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly fix it. He did an overall assessment of the doors and opener and tuned the works up to my satisfaction.
