Julian Bacca did a fantastic job in repairing the rubber strip at the bottom of our garage door and he was knowledgeable as to the reason for the unevenness at the bottom of the garage door. I have been happy with the garage door since it was installed several years ago. I am very happy about the whole experience of having the door "tuned up" the other day. A gracious young woman answered the phone and set up the appointment. Excellent communication by a human being--a real pleasure in this day and age! The technician (Armando) was prompt, polite and professional, kept me informed of his timeline, explained the work and cost, and called me to say he had not turned the garage light off when he left. I am impressed and grateful!

Jonathan, the technician that came out, was absolutely phenomenal. Took the time to explain all the details of the working of the door and explained how to troubleshoot any future problems. He really knows his job and wonderful customer service. Your lucky to have him as part of the team I did purchase a new battery for the garage door opener, which is not an option below, which was chirping and I thought it was my car.

Armando arrived on time and was polite and professional. He didn't push us to replace anything, but took the time to explain what our garage door problem was, and what we would need to do to repair the problem. He replaced the torsion springs and end bearing plates and the garage door works fine now.

Within a few hours after our initial inquiry, a service technician arrived. Less than an hour later, the technician completed the installation of a keypad garage door opener. It is worth mentioning that Alan the technician was a standout in every way. He was competent, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was forthcoming with advice regarding placement of the device, and the overall condition of our garage door. More than anything, Alan gets the concept of customer service, and that's what he provides. He is truly an asset to your organization.

Armando was my technician and did not try to pressure me or upsell. However, for $180 (Superior charged me $132 last time and my garage was functional for 4 MONTHS!), my garage door was functional for only 1 1/2 days. I’m having to park outside on the driveway again. I decided to buy a new garage door (200 series). Armando called the person in charge of scheduling while he was here and said next week it could be installed. It is now Friday, Jan. 5, and no one called to schedule anything for next week. I am FRUSTRATED that there is no install date, that I’m having to park on the driveway, and that $180 only lasted 1 1/2 DAYS!

Armando of Precision Garage Door Service was very helpful. At first, he was skeptical about salvaging the door (I accidentally backed into it with my car when the door closed automatically), but he began working on the garage door and was able to replace the broken roller assembly and align the door to properly open and close. He saved me about $4,000, which would have been the cost to replace the entire door. Also, a new garage door would have taken 3-5 weeks to order because my door frame is not a standard size. All in all, a very favorable outcome. I was very satisfied with his work.
