The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

At past homes in other areas of the country I have been serviced well by other Precision Overhead Garage Door Service companies. When I had problems with the garage door at my current home I remembered Overhead Garage. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up when he said he would. My first experience with Precision exceeded expectations, though it was an avid referral of a trusted neighbour that connected us. The service, from the return phone call and appointment scheduling, to the timely arrival of the technician to my door, was very good; indeed it was superior to my experience with two previous garage door firms. So, yes, a hearty and well-deserved recommendation they've earned.

Well done. Jesus was on time, very professional, nice looking truck and did the job perfectly (and quickly). You have a good business model. I also very much like the on-line photos of the people so that I know what my technician looks like - that is a great touch that no one else does to my knowledge. I only go to you guys for my various garage door needs (be it on my residence or rental properties) and this is exactly why (even if your prices are a tad more than others, and I am not even sure that is true). You pay for service and I got it. WEll done.

Great Job! Called Precision for an appointment to repair my garage door, they scheduled me for an appointment an hour later. The technician arrived and was very professional and courteous. He did his inspection and informed me my garage door spring was broken. He gave me prices that I agreed to and had the door fixed in no time! I would recommend Precision anyday. Thanks Guys!

I was able to get a same day appointment for my garage door repair, and the technician came on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up all of the supplies from the parts he had to install. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. Having used Precision 5 years ago, it was an obvious choice, especially since the previous technician taped the contact info to the inside of the garage door so I could easily find it. Excellent customer service from Ashley in the office to technicians Tony and Stanley. They were prompt, courteous and quick. Really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on repairs knowing that I'll be selling my place soon. The garage door now works and sounds like a dream. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
