I was very impressed that Mike called to say he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment even though I was unable to take advantage of that. He arrived when he said he would, was very informative of what needed to be done, the cost, and asked if I had any questions. He was very friendly and professional. I was going to call you on Monday to tell you how fabulous the guys who came out to install my door and opener were. They were so friendly and considerate. We have recently had our garage broken into, twice, and they were very understanding of our situation and kind. The technician explained everything about our new opener to me, and they cleaned up everything. The salesman, Mike, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right door/color/opener for us. I really appreciate how great your whole team has been.
