Precision was extremely easy to work with on my garage door issue. I live 125 miles from Sherman Oaks where my condo is. A hinge and roller carrier failed Friday. I found Precision online and called. They immediately set up a tentative repair time for Saturday morning. They phoned my tenant ahead, arrived, changed out all the rollers, saving future calls on more failures and tuned up the whole system and were gone in barely an hour and the door works better than ever and is now very quite. All that with a single phone call be me to the right company. Thank you Precision.

This is my second time using Precision; the first time, about 4 months ago, I used their service because they were the only ones I called who could show up that same day. I was pleased with their service then, so I called them again when something else went wrong with the door opener. The technician came just when he said he would, calling beforehand. He analyzed the problemS--there was more than one--& was able to install the new, larger springs right away to make the door once again easy for me to raise manually if I had to. I was happy!

Very Satisfied - I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning because my 24 year old Garage door broke that morning, locking my car inside! They showed up within 1.5 hours, and got the broken door open, allowing me to remove my car. Because of their professionalism, knowledge, and help, I bought their top-of-the-line new garage door, and it will be installed within 10-14 days. Trevor explained everything to me. Never tried to over sell me anything. He did a Super Great Job. I call 4 different 24 - 7 repair places and Precision was the only place that had a real person answer. All the others had no answer or leave a message, still have not heard back. Plus Precision sent a email with pictures of the tech persons. Can't say enough good things. PS. They came on a Sunday.

with my car trapped in the garage, I called Precision to see if they could at least get my garage door open. Although their schedule was full, they squeezed me in at a time of my convenience. The technician got my car out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a new garage door. Fortunately, Precision offers modular doors at competitive prices. I should have my new garage door within 10 days.

After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.
