Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... My garage door broke on Saturday at 5pm; the entire door colapsed. When I called Precision you sent someone over by 7:30! Amazing response time and on a weekend no less. The technician Joey was outstanding. I need to replace my doors soon as they are over 15 years old and I plan to you precision because of how responsive and professional the whole experience was on the repair. Thank you.

I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. This is how I run my company and I'm happy to see that there are other business owners that take pride in offering superior customer service.

other than some discrepancies between what was said on the phone and the installer about price which was fixed on the spot...the GARAGE fixer MARTIN was simply amazing he knew what to do and did it quickly ...so i am very happy (mind you this was done just yesterday ) so i hope it holds up...

I picked your company out of telephone book. I called about a broken garage door spring replacement. My appointment was scaled for the day I called. You service representative, Brian, arrived at the start of the scheduled time. He explained that the broken spring and the other spring on the right side should be replaced. He explained the cost breakout of the service call. He replaced the two springs. He also inspected the various parts of the garage door. The two springs on the left side did not need to be replaced at this time.

Brian was terrific. Our garage door opener did not work. He showed us what was wrong and what we needed to fix the problem. He was efficient and improvised when something did not fit right. He was very organized and had all the equipment and tools he needed to complete the job. We were also impressed that we did not have to wait longer than a few hours for someone to come out to our house. Thank you and thank Brian.

The coil spring on our garage door appeared to have slipped off the torque rod and the steel cables became entangled. I could not see any way to fix it myself, so I did a web search and gave Precision a call. They had a tech (Jesus) out at the house within hours and he replaced the steel cables and installed a new spring for just a little over $320. He briefed me on the repair work and showed me how to keep the garage door mechanisms in good working order for another 5 years. As an engineer I know good workmanship when I see it, so I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and family who need any garage door service or repair.
