I've been a customer for ten years. I bought a new garage door and get an annual tune-up for it. The people are always terrific but the corporate marketing is abusive. I have to re-unsubscribe from marketing emails every year. I wish this company gave me the same respect I give them as a longtime customer.

The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough.
