Julien came on an “emergency “ last minute repair call. He was on time, helpful, and repaired the problem quickly. I had him add a key pad to the exterior door frame, check the springs and add two new remotes. He finished everything in 20 minutes. Definitely a five star rating. Thank you, Precision! I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door installed less than a year ago and we were not happy with another company's replacement service. Precision Garage Door, specifically Armando, kept me informed of his arrival window, gave me an assessment of my garage door opener/battery, and replaced needed parts for the actual door. I wish I had found Precision G.D. last year when our garage door broke.

After finding Precision on Next Door and reading the reviews on Precision's website, I called and made an appointment to get my garage springs replaced so the door would open. In the afternoon that same day, Julian, Precision's technician, arrived at the appointment time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He inspected my garage door and and it's opener. Gave me the results of the inspection and the options for fixing the door--replacing the springs. He replaced the springs and serviced the door and it worked great after that. Julian was friendly and positive, personable, and quick, and thorough in fixing my garage door so it works great again. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage repairs.

Alan was the tec who made my garage door problem go away on a Saturday morning. He was on time for my appointment, explained the issue that I was having, quoted me a price and then proceeded to resolve my door problem. He was very polite and efficient. Anthony and Precision Doors was amazing! We were unable to open our garage door, contacted Precision and the rep was awesome. Anthony was out in less than two hours same day after we made our initial contact. Anthony was able to diagnose our issue and provided different quotes on the spot to repair the broken springs and motor. I thought I was going to have to wait until parts were ordered and schedule a return trip. Anthony had everything in his van and within two hours we were back up and good to go! Armando of Precision Garage Door Service was very helpful. At first, he was skeptical about salvaging the door (I accidentally backed into it with my car when the door closed automatically), but he began working on the garage door and was able to replace the broken roller assembly and align the door to properly open and close. He saved me about $4,000, which would have been the cost to replace the entire door. Also, a new garage door would have taken 3-5 weeks to order because my door frame is not a standard size. All in all, a very favorable outcome. I was very satisfied with his work.

I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. Alfredo presented me with three viable solutions and he thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation. On Sunday July 10 William called to inform me he was on the way. He also informed me the cost of the task before getting started. While programming a remote control he found out the metal part which is attached to the panels is getting loose so he tried different ways to fix it and suggested I may need to replace the panel or the whole garage door. However, I am not satisfied with the service, like when we are seen by a doctor and at the end we feel we need a second option. My garage door is now working with the same problem just having a remote control for $174 I paid.

Ling, When panels are damaged to the point where fixing them may not be the best solution, we do recommend replacing them. Once they are damaged, they will begin to lose integrity, and they will continue to degrade, leaving you to pay for work that only temporarily fixes the problem and will leaving you unsatisfied.
