The technician was on time for the appointment, in fact we spoke and he got there earlier than he was supposed to. Jose was very nice and friendly. He explained the different options I had once he found the problem. The job was completed in a timely manner and explained how everything worked.

I've been a customer for ten years. I bought a new garage door and get an annual tune-up for it. The people are always terrific but the corporate marketing is abusive. I have to re-unsubscribe from marketing emails every year. I wish this company gave me the same respect I give them as a longtime customer.

The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained the situation and installed a new opener and two new springs very quickly. He explained the warranty and how to use my new opener.
