The work was well done professionally but I didn't expect when a call stating will be at your home within 30 minutes the person did not show up till an hour later. I do understand unexpected things do happen. Also, reading the handout guide about my new garage door and motor it better it the worker can show me. I was show how to use the remote but a person to person explaining how to do myQ camera would be helpful and show me the location of the camera on my Liftmaster. Another, the user guide myQ serial number and product serial number they should inform me about it so I can write it on my user guide book. The serial number is on top of the motor already installed too high for me to see. I am trying to set the clock on the wall button better if shown. The workers are in a hurry to go to their next job/appointment. Mr. Armando did ask if have questions. I do not know since this is a new Liftmaster until I experience what I don't know.

We are recent victims of the Eaton Fire. Precision Garage Door showed up on time, performed an extensive evaluation on my garage door, gave me a great price including a Senior Discount. We felt very comfortable with the Technician Jonathan who was very professional and knowledgeable. I would reccomend using them.

I've been a customer for ten years. I bought a new garage door and get an annual tune-up for it. The people are always terrific but the corporate marketing is abusive. I have to re-unsubscribe from marketing emails every year. I wish this company gave me the same respect I give them as a longtime customer.

I wanted to say we were very impressed with your company’s service. You responded quickly to our request for an appointment. The gentleman who responded and did the work was excellent. Jose kept in contact with me and my tenants. Let us know when he would be there. Contacted me with several options regarding the repair. We chose one and he finished quickly. He instructed the tenants on how to use the manual override on the opener. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you again. Diane Harris

Jose Romero was fantastic! Great at communicating and listening and very efficient and knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Jose gave me all my options for the repairs AND made me aware of a possible spring-replacement service in the future due to our heavy door. I would recommend him for a raise or promotion, or both.
