We had a great experience with Julian. He was very professional, on time and pleasant. We also used Precision Garage for our home in Granada Hills, they installed a brand new door back in approximately 2006, still working great! We had our Torsion Spring replaced today. I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. He gave us enough information so that we could make an informed decision. I understand why he has so many 5 star reviews!!!

Precision has been my go-to for more than a decade for garage door maintenance--routine and not-so-routine (as when I accidentally backed out of the garage before the door was fully raised!) In fact, the prior owners had also relied on Precision. So when, when this door was ready for an update, we knew where to turn. As usual, Presidio's reps and crew were prompt, very professional and pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and supportive in helping us decide on the best option for our home—all without any hard selling. The range of offerings (styles, colors and finishes, insulation or not, etc) was excellent and pricing was upfront and reasonable. The install crew did excellent work and left everything swept up and neat at the end. We've been enjoying our beautiful, updated new garage door system for a week now and are absolutely delighted not only with how well it functions but also how perfectly the color fits in with the rest of our home 's color palette. We expect to be enjoying this new garage door system for decades to come--with Precision just a call away, should we ever need them. Thanks, Precision, for everything!

First class service. Arrived at 1:00 pm to evaluate my noisy garage door stuck. Done at 3:45. Clean guy. Replaced my garage door opener with super quiet machine. Replaced my sensors and taught me how to fix it if the light bulb flashes 3 times, Replaced all my roller with quiet silicone stuff. Fixed all the hinges on the door, some needed replacement. Programmed remote controller. Best no up selling! Yes, their for real!

WOW! I’m overwhelmed with the service by Precision as performed by the entire company, especially their technician Julian Bacca. The work started 2 hours after we called. Armando and Jose were very professional and efficient. A new controller board was needed in my Linear along with lubricating the door rollers and adding a service loop to wiring at the IR sensors only took about an hour. Price for service was reasonable. A power outage may have contributed to the controller failure and Armando suggested I add a surge protector to the AC voltage source for the door opener. Anyway, kudos to both gentlemen.

I had an issue with my relatively new garage door opener and Julian came and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. He was tremendously professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough resolving the problem with the garage door opener. Julian was the one who actually installed my garage door opener last year and he did an excellent job so I was not surprised that he resolved my issue so fastidiously well. We also discussed the need for new rollers for my garage door. He did not try and compel me to purchase new rollers, which I abhor, and he even stated that I could continue to keep my current rollers for the foreseeable future. I ended up having him install new rollers anyway; however, I like the fact that he did not try to coerce me to get them before I truly needed them.

Chose Precision Door because noted on BBB site after I had received a bid from another company that was not BBB. We need a garage door replacement on a very old garage, and Matthew was very professional and explained the whole process. Our purpose was to get a ball park figure so that we could add to our capital budget request for approval for our fiscal year which begns after July 31. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained what the process would be as well as what we might have to have done in-house as part of the process for Precision Door to proceed with the garage door replacement.
