FANTASTIC work by Tech Eric P. Eric, was prompt, very PRO and courteous. Got the garage door to open after having been jammed. He also installed the emergency lock release so that I can manually open my garage door during power outages, and took time to lube rollers and installed a new bottom garage door seal to keep debris out of my garage. I am very pleased with all the work that was done.

Technician Armando Bacca was knowledgable, helpful and friendly when he installed two weather strips across my garage doors. Because the new rubber strips were wider than the original ones on the doors he took extra time to make sure they fit properly and adjusted both of the drive motors so the additional height of the new rubber would close smoothly and not cause the elec eye to raise the doors thinking something was in the way. He arrived on time and cleaned up the old strips he removed, a great job,

Jose arrived within the appointed time frame and was very knowledgeable about our problem. He had to adjust the mechanism just to a certain point, and he very successfully did that . After analyzing the problem, he told us the cost, to which we agreed, and the work was completed shortly thereafter. I have used Precision Door or several occasions and have been impressed with them each time.

I was able to get an appt. that day. James was suppose to be my tech. He called to let me know what time he would be arriving. A for short time later I received a text from Miguel M letting me know he was arriving and he would be doing my garage door repair. He was professional and he discussed what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He adjusted my door & replaced springs in about an hour. I want to thank Precision for the excellent we've received when our garage door wouldn't go down. We call a repairperson (Eric) was her the next day to repair the problem. The job was bigger then expected and was done quickly and efficiently without cost due to the warranty. If you are thinking of getting a garage door go with Precision they are awesome and take care of their clients.

I have seen commercials for Precision that left me with a good feeling. When I Googled "garage door repair", Precision was on the list. I called and got a real person who was professional and made arrangements for the next day, which I was happy about. Armondo arrived early and was very courteous. Mr. White, I must commend you, excellency in Customer Service is obviously priority with you and your company. From the moment I called and spoke with woman that answered the phone to the quick and efficient technician I met with shortly after, I was pleased and immediately hired Sean to install 4 new garage springs. He was so thorough, took the time to explain after assessing and cost was in budget. Once I am ready to install new garage door and unit, I will reach out to Precision once again. I met with another garage company few days ago and due to lack of professionalism I did not hire them. Sean Hogan came to help with my garage door. He arrived on time and was helpful. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask,which is very considerate these days, He explained why the door was making a squeaking noise and fixed it with no charge. He also oiled the chain for me.... When I called for service, the operator asked for my email and I told her i didnt want to be placed on an email list and didnt give my email as I intended to pay by check at the time of service. So far I have received 3 e mails from you. Sean Hogan is an excellent representative for your company but I would suggest you lighten up on the emails.

The expectations were met and likely exceeded as we had a broken motor. Miguel, was courteous and professional and described the work needed to be done. He did a great job and explained how the newer mechanism had some features that were not available when we replaced our other garage's motor with an earlier version of the LiftMaster. He also replaced the rollers on our heavy garage door. I have used Precision before and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future issues. They are also recommended by many in our local homeowners' association with many positive comments.
