Excellent service visit. Communication leading up to visit was excellent. My technician was knowledgeable and cheerful. He didn't try to sell my products I didn't need. Gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep my garage door working longer. Showed me where potential problems may come up in the future after a very good inspection. I was very pleased with the call.

Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95. My garage door was continually opening about a 1/4 of the way. I could not lift it by myself after releasing it to put it back to the door opener position. This was unsual, as I was always able to do this by myself. Today it happened again when I had to leave for work. I had to retrieve a neighbor to assist me and I was 30 minutes late for work. Precision door service was recommended to me by a friend. They came out the same day and complete the repair in 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and explained to me what had happened. When I saw the broken spring for myself, I was very grateful that it didn't break the bar. I highly recommend them for repair jobs.

Extremely reliable, professional, and competent. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but then again I sent those guys away the service call, grateful to be out only 39 dollars. Then I called Precision. I was grateful for the professionalism and the job was done well.

Jesus came to our home to repair our garage dooe. Broken springs. He was very professional, knowledgeable. informative and polite. He install the springs, lubed installed new rollers and a few other jobs. It was nice to have a professional doing an efficient job.

Brian R. was on time, courteous, and very efficient. Identified problems and quickly fixed them.Programmed my wife's car opener. Gave me advice on how to soften noise on door and lube rollers when needed. Saw ad in Local saver magazine and checked company on internet. Completely satisfied with service including quality of telephone service at the Pomona office. I forgot to give Brian my coupon so the fault is mine. Howver, if there is any way to adjust my bill I would appreciate. If not I will still recommend your company.

My garage door wouldn't close properly, so I made a last-minute call to "Precision Garage Doors" (after conducting Google/Internet search). I was extremely pleased to see they were able to come to my home within 2 hours, arrived on time, and Jesus (my Tech) was very polite, explained options I had, and his repairs were performed quickly and professionally. I had options, but deciced to replace my 10 year old springs & rollers, and had some various minor repairs done on my door/motor. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door, and would definitely call them again in the future if I were to have any problems. Brian was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do before he began. He reviewed the conditon of the door at the beginning and said that the door was old, but appeared to be in good order. Upon completon, he explained what he had done and said that he had to add one more part (a bearing) that was missing with my old spring set. He demonstrated how eassily the door now operated with the new springs. I was very pleased with the service.

I picked your company out of telephone book. I called about a broken garage door spring replacement. My appointment was scaled for the day I called. You service representative, Brian, arrived at the start of the scheduled time. He explained that the broken spring and the other spring on the right side should be replaced. He explained the cost breakout of the service call. He replaced the two springs. He also inspected the various parts of the garage door. The two springs on the left side did not need to be replaced at this time.

The technician was excellent. He apologized for not recommending an emergency release during the first installation. We were locked out of the garage with no emergency release. The technician was far more professional than the manager. I ask the tech if I could be compensated for the inconvenience with an additional remote. He clearly explained the inventory policy. It was an inconvenience to the tenant whose car was inside and myself since I had to make a trip to the property.

I am very satisfied with the work Jesus did. His recommendations were right-on. I wish I had used Presicion a few years ago when the door broke last time. The last company refused to offer me a warranty (which should have been a red flag). The door opens much more quietly now. The cost was a bit more that I was expecting, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

A little pricey but the guarantee is for three years and the parts are supposedly better than normal. Martin was fast and efficient. He also replaced the garage door rollers and lubed everything. Overall I am pleased with the repair.
