Miles was our salesman who set up our garage door project and was 5 stars from beginning to completion of the project. Javier and crew were the technicians who installed the garage door and were professional, pleasant and completely competent. We would rate them as a solid 5 stars. The entire experience at precision, from beginning to end, was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

I am so happy with the service I had today! Not only am I enjoying the results of the repair and updates, I also really appreciate how I was treated by my technician, Armondo. He was professional, kind and patient in explaining my options and answering my questions so I feel like I got what will work best for me at a cost I can afford. He also took the time to make sure that I know how things work and how to troubleshoot any problems that may come up. I am grateful that there are quality businesses like this one!

Five stars!! I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. I easily and quickly made the appointment online last night through their website chat program, and they sent out the technician, Colt, first thing this morning - talk about fast service! Colt was on time, polite,, knowledgable, and fixed my noisy garage door without a problem. Pricing was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend Precision and use them again without hesitation.

My spring tension on my garage door broke a few days ago. I Set up a an appointment with this company. Armando Bacca a technician arrived between the times he was expected. Very professional and respectful. While inspecting my garage door I did not want to pay what he had first quoted me for. I believed it was a bit too much. Armando acknowledging I was a bit strapped on funds and did not want to leave me with a non operating garage door, came up with a few discounts. I was very happy that he was able to come with a lower quote . Then as we continued our conversation, he found out I was a retired veteran, he again began to work his magic and was able to give me a more lower quote! Actually my first quote was $460. With everything said and done, I paid $300 even for the parts ( Upgraded ) and labor! I must say Armando is pro military!!! I love it!!! We need more people like him. Very down to earth and outstanding person! This company is blessed to have an employee like Armando Bacca! Thank you Armando and God Bless you! Pomona,Ca. J. Reyes

Russ & Trevor were extremely professional plus both have good sense of humor. They called to advise me of arrival time within 1/2 hour of being in the driveway. Russ provided me with a detailed overview of the repair as well as some preventive maintenance ideas that could extend the life of the garage door. We went with those ideas & truly appreciate the guidance. Absolutely 5 Star treatment!

I saw your ad on TV and on my phone's Google feed. I liked that you had open service hours and trusted technicians. Price seemed high but I had confidence the work would be done correctly.

We could not find the name of the garage door company we used in the past so found you using Google. Your website looked very good, and we liked the guarantees you made there. So, decided to give you a try. Next day service first thing Saturday morning, job done within 45 minutes just like the man said it would be. Price was fair, door now works like new, technician was personable and knew exactly what he was doing. It does not get any better than that. Next time we need garage door work you will be the ones getting the call!

After being stood up by another company's 10-12 time slot and never receiving a call, even after calling the company back for an explanation. I contacted Precision. Quick, thorough, professional with updates on when we could expect arrival. I am on the board of a 118 unit townhome development and will recommend Precision.

I am very appreciative of Sean Hogan’s professionalism, knowledge, and graciousness. He was very attentive to all of the issues I verbalized to him as it relates to our garage door. If there was more service reps like Sean in this day and age, I would outsource more work to service providers. Thanks for the work today Sean.
