Had a major malfunction with my garage door. Called these folks late on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning. Their technician, Eric, was great. Very knowledgeable of the product and the installation. He worked fast and was able to install an entire new system inside of a couple hours and left the place clean. Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door work.
