I contacted Precision because I found their website while looking for a garage door repair facility. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours without an emergency fee. Brian showed up on time and was very professional. He identified the problem (spring) and recommended other maintenance to extend the warranty. He was complete within 30 minutes. I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. This is how I run my company and I'm happy to see that there are other business owners that take pride in offering superior customer service.

The repair person was friendly, and listen to my problems. The Garage doors needed adjustment, and he did a complete job. He also installed a out side garage door opener. He was on time, and dressed clean, and looked like you could trust him. called Fidel I am happy with the repair overall job. The repair cost was not cheap, but little above average. But the results is what counts. He known his work, and garage door operation very well. I would call them again. They are much better then the last Garage Door repair Company. that came to the house. FIVE STARS. Thank you.

Your tech was on time and did a very fast and great job. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting (almost $200 apiece for springs), but he was very upfront about what the problem was, what the cost was, and how long it would take him.

I am very happy with my garage door repair. The service person estimated the repair price and the price of a door opener and did not push the more expensive opener and fixed the door so I can easily move it up and down. It locks now so I do not have to worry about my stuff. Great job!

Same day service always a plus. Brian was professional, well trained and very courteous. Upon balancing the door, Brian decided to reinstall longer springs to get it just right. He talked me through the entire process so I understood what he was doing. I'm sure I won't have to worry about these springs for a very long time.

We were very pleased that you were able to provide us with an appointment today and appreciated the call saying the tech would be able to come out earlier than scheduled. The tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing. We hadn't realized one of the springs must have already been broken before we called about the second spring. The service was great and we now know how the door should operate when it's properly installed.

The previously installed new garage door opener motor was defective and a new one had to be installed. Brian Rojas and Rayfael, who also installed a new garage door a week ago) had been out before today several times to see if the opener could be adjusted, which it could not. Brian installed the new replacement motor today and was his usual professional and courtesy self. My wife and I appreciated his being on time and efficient in his installing the new motor. Glad to report everything seems to be working as it should.

Thanks for the prompt and excellent service. The service technician was Chris (not listed on this page below). He addressed the problem, gave me a ballpark figure (at my request) and proceeded to do the repairs. He also made a few suggestions regarding the condition of the doors. He was courteous and not aggressive about doing work that did not need to be done. I appreciate that.
