My garage door spring broke so I called Precision. I made an appointment for the following day. Shaun called the next day about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and said he was on his way. He arrived and quickly looked the situation over and gave me a couple of options. I chose an option and he gave me a price and went to work replacing the broken spring. It went very smoothly and when he was finished the door worked perfectly. Thank you Shaun. I appreciate the professional way Shaun and Precision Door repaired the broken spring. Needed my Liftmaster replaced after 14 years. Jason arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the need to replace the unit, sensors, added new rollers, springs and keypad. After 3 hours, the door is now quiet and works great. Highly recommended company.

i have 2 electric garage doors at my current home installed by others years ago. When the springs broke and when the motors broke I called a local company for repairs. They were eager and willing to help, but they never had the parts on their trucks and always had to return for another visit. Several years ago I started using Precision. Precision had the parts and had the knowledge to do everything on the first visit. When I built a new house, I naturally called Precision to get the garage door and the opening system.

Precision Door Simi Valley done a great job. When I scheduled the service, I was given 8am-noon window. On the day of the service, I got a call from Russ at 7:45am, saying he is on his way. At 8am he started working. Russ explained to me all about the situation and what repairs are needed and why. He has done a very nice job in a professional and friendly way. If/when I need to fix a garage door or opener - I am calling Precision Door, asking for Russ!

I must say that Precision was great. they came on time. The installers were friendly, nice, made me feel comfortable about the purchase. They installed a double garage door in less that 2hrs. There was no mess, they cleaned up when they were done, made sure I was happy with the new door and that it worked to my satisfaction. I could have not asked for anything more. They were Great

Fast same day service. This was a rental property and the tenants were anxious to get this issue fixed ASAP. Called them @ 8:15 am and they had a technician out there at 1pm. The bad news was the existing 12 yr old door opener, despite having a new receiver logic board installed, failed completely. So the only option was replacement of the whole unit. Miguel was very professional, knew what he was doing, and had the new replacement all installed in about 2 hours. I will strongly consider having Precision Garage Door out for my future needs as they arise.

I was very pleased with your service. My call for help was answered with immediate help by a very experienced operator. On the next day I received a call informing me the repair man was on his way and he arrived right on time. I was having a problem getting the door to stay closed in my 6 months old door opener. It was fixed in a very short time, checked out thoroughly and there was no charge for the service. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it.
