Called in the morning to have a Garage Door Spring replaced. We were very happy with the fact that the job could be performed that afternoon. Armando was assigned as our technician. Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job. The customer service associate was very professional,knowledgeable and ensured all of the service information was correct before our call was completed.
