Martin came out as a result of a service call request made by me due to my garage door not closing. Upon his arrival, he pointed out a number of things wrong with the garage door I wanted serviced. A subsequent appointment was made for the installation of a garage door opener, etc. I am appreciative of the fact that he detected the sundry problems which could have led to serious damage and expense.

My first experience with Precision exceeded expectations, though it was an avid referral of a trusted neighbour that connected us. The service, from the return phone call and appointment scheduling, to the timely arrival of the technician to my door, was very good; indeed it was superior to my experience with two previous garage door firms. So, yes, a hearty and well-deserved recommendation they've earned.

I called in this morning and was given a time between 8-10:00 am and Adam arrived promptly a 10:00. My lock turned out to be a real problem in getting it out to insert a new one and Adam had the patience to continue on and on for a long time! He truly provides customer service! The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained what was needed and why and gave me choices to remedy the situation. I questioned the cost and he showed me invoices (without showing me the names) of similar jobs and the costs. I feel very good about the service I received when I needed a new door and again this time when I needed a new garage door opener.

I had a Stanley garage door installed some 20 years ago. Th door worked okay most of the time except a spring would occasionally break. Stanley went out of business and eventually replacement springs were unavailable. A spring broke a few weeks ago and coul not be replaced. So I called precision and askee them to replace the old style opener with two springs required with one with spiral spring above the door. It was done on a Satuday by Adam Najajreh within 2 hours and the garage door opens smoother than it ever has. I am very happy with the results.

Your company made a big impression on me.. Your ad which I got from the Internet speaks volumes I was very impressed with the quick response and hours in which your service is provided (not your average 8-5) I was also impressed with how your trucks were marked and stocked and technicians shirt with your company name and a badge with a picture Your technician Martin Z was very professional and knowledgeable he was running late and always kept me informed He's a real asset to your company which I hope all your technicians would follow his professionalism If I had one negative (which I do) it would be that when your technician assesses the job at hand he work out the finial cost before starting the job I knew going in that the service call charge would be incorporated into the finial cost but the total expense of the job might be a costly depending on what needed to be repaired I was fortunate enough to have the resources others might have to find another way if they knew the finial cost up front (Just a suggestion)

Web search brought up your company's site first and all the positive reviews gave us peace of mind. We were impressed by the emailed order acknowledgment and the photo of the service operator being sent. He was courteous, intelligent and did not over-sell his services. We decided upon more than modest repairs and renewed a motor as well. The service could not have been bettered. We'll certainly use you again.

Expectations: 1)The technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem pretty quickly. 2) It would have been nicer if he came earlier, but he did come within the 4 hour window. 3) I guess the price was OK, but it is natural to want a lower price, isn't it? Why Precision? 1. We used this company before. Other: We hope you recycle the 15 hinges which were replaced. This is really for your use, we do not want you to post this online. We are satisfied with the technician and the company.

I planned on calling, until I got your e-mail. Sergio responded to my mothers home and when I got there he was working away. I found him to be very personable, polite, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. The door works well. He said if there was any issues, be sure to call and they would follow up immediately. You have a very good employee there. I had called another company prior, but wasn't to impressed, and this was just the phone contact. Called your company and felt like you were ready to jump in and get things done. I contacted Precision because I found their website while looking for a garage door repair facility. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours without an emergency fee. Brian showed up on time and was very professional. He identified the problem (spring) and recommended other maintenance to extend the warranty. He was complete within 30 minutes. I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. Your tech was on time and did a very fast and great job. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting (almost $200 apiece for springs), but he was very upfront about what the problem was, what the cost was, and how long it would take him.
