Sean Hogan came to help with my garage door. He arrived on time and was helpful. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask,which is very considerate these days, He explained why the door was making a squeaking noise and fixed it with no charge. He also oiled the chain for me.... When I called for service, the operator asked for my email and I told her i didnt want to be placed on an email list and didnt give my email as I intended to pay by check at the time of service. So far I have received 3 e mails from you. Sean Hogan is an excellent representative for your company but I would suggest you lighten up on the emails.

Had follow-up service performed to install new sensors, as the previous sensors were beginning to malfunction. Both the new opener and sensor installations were done in a most professional manner. The Senior Tech, Armando B. arrived as scheduled and was most efficient in the process. Armando B. arrived with a mask and taking the proper Covid-19 precautions. He explained the process and conducted the inspection or the garage door and subsequent equipment. Armando Then provided information on what items may need repair/replacement, as well as performed the requested service of replacing the garage door opener. After conducting the work, Armando explained how the new equipment operated, provided a tutorial, and ensured the job site was left clean and free of debris. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to others.

So, I drive up to my garage after a trip to Costco..and as you know market trips during COVID19 are very stressful...and my garage door wont open. Nooooooooo.. I unload all the groceries and quickly text my husband. Im about to get on yelp to find a service provider when my husband calls me and says,. “i found an email from the place that came out to repair our garage in 2012.”..(8 years ago) ????. Garage has not needed any repairs since then.. My husband must have been very impressed by them to think of them so many years later. And, I have a very picky and detailed hubby???????????? They send out a technician NEXT DAY... awesome... They give us the standard window of time 8-12pm. But, what is different about them is that they keep you updated. Armando Bacca (Senior Technician) calls to introduce himself. Then on the day of service calls again to let us know we are number three on his list and that he will keep us posted of his time. And, he will notify us 30 minutes before arriving. I appreciated this so much because i was not stuck for three hours not leaving my house...like other service providers have us do. I was able to walk the dogs, get my exercise in, and do small short errands. Yussss ???????????????? Armando arrives as promised and is wearing a face mask (thank u) He is friendly and gets right to work. Explains that we need new-springs and explains the different kind of springs they offer. Did not try to up sell me and instead asked,how many times a day we open the garage. Armando just gave me the facts and details of each spring (warranty ..how many garage door openings it is covered for..etc.) . Cost included BOTH springs . because when one gives out the other is soon to follow...and u want the springs to be the same age. Price was very reasonable and he got it done the same day...did not have to leave for parts and come back ...or schedule me for a second visit. Repair was done perfectly and quickly. Paperwork, signature payment, all done electronically. Now we will be able to find their email 8 years from now ????. Very happy customers ????????

I called Precision for several reasons, the first is trust. Last year a tech came to check my garage door and found it just needed an adjustment, no problems with the motor or other parts. This year I had an emergency and called what I thought was a local company to come right away. It turned out the company I called was unlicensed and fraudulent. I had Precision come back and tech Colt Baker was very helpful, inspected the work and gave me an honest estimate. It's obvious Precision takes pride in their work and the people they hire. Be careful, a number of the companies listed in a Google search are not local nor licensed. Precision did the work well and on time.

Outstanding service....Had to have a whole new garage door installed. The installers called ahead saying they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come a bit early. Both were very professional and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up prior to leaving....I have used Precision once prior and will continue to use only them in the future...

My garage door was not closing. I had someone come in and said I needed a whole new garage set up. I didn't like what he said because it gave me a funny feeling he was trying to scam me. So I called Precision. Came out the same day and got it fixed in the same day. No new set up needed. Jason helped me out. He was excellent! First off, with a 4 hour time frame given for arrival, Russ the technician called me first thing this morning to tell me he for sure would not be there in the first 2 hours, and then called back again 2 hours later to tell me what time he would be here. I SO appreciated not waiting around for 4 hours wondering if someone would show up. Then he took care of everything quickly and efficiently, installing 3 new batteries in my garage door openers. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Our Garage Door had Hinges on the Sides, that had been Wrongly Repaired by a Previous Guy of some other Company. Precision Garage Door corrected those & also replaced Key Components in the Door Motor. It is expensive, but fully WORTH IT ????????????
