Technician, Stanley S., did a wonderful job of fixing the springs on our wooden garage door. It was a tough job as the door was old and professional know how and perseverance were needed to get it right. Stanley keep us posted about his arrival time and called 20 minutes before his arrival, which was right on time. He had everything he needed in his truck and fixed the garage door on the very day we called for service. Precision was very professional thoughout the process emailing a service confirmation, photos of the technicians so we would know for sure who was at our door, and an invoice, and warrantee. We love our garage door. But, we ordered door from brochure. Next day, when we were on our walk, we checked out neighbor's door. We decided to change design. I called next day. I signed the docusign with new order. Unfortunely, tech brought wrong door. I didn't want a discount on the incorrect door, I didn't want to settle. So we had a garage with covered with blue tarp for another 5 days. When the right wrong came, it went in fast. Javier was very professional, friendly, efficient. We enjoyed him a lot. So after I signed the docusign, someone screwed up the order. Inconvenience of another day wasted. If there's a change in order, it needs to be flagged!!

All i needed was to simply program my remote because i forgot how to do it. I was qouted 29 dollars. But when the installer came in 2 hours late. He talked my client into work that was not necessary of 400 dollars. I am highly disappointed by 371.00 dollars of un neccessary work. Watch out they are slick
