Definitely 5 stars!! Very prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly. Also notified me of a dangerous situation with the existing door jams and the springs so they recommended the best solution and came back and replaced the door jams which were very old and cracked. Very pleased and relieved that the dangerous conditions were resolved. New door opener works perfectly!

After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.

Once I was able to reach Precision Garage Door (there was an incorrect 866 number on the website) I was amazed at their service. This is the second or third time we've used their services and they are the absolute best garage door company out there. The answered the phone (once I had the correct toll free number), scheduled an appt and the tech, Russ, called and confirmed with me several times. Russ was fantastic. Precision Garage door is truly outstanding. Maybe a little expensive but well worth the outstanding customer service.

We had a poorly installed garage door opener from another company two years ago and it recently had trouble closing. After a failed assessment and the problem persisting, Precision sent us your Tech Daniel Radcliffe to service our door. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he and I tried a couple of options to try and maintain the previous motor and extend it's life. Unfortunately, after a couple of visits with some wire work and spring work (one visit at no charge), the door was fine for a couple weeks and then the problem returned. Daniel concluded that the motor had just been overworked and was finished. Our new opener works great (and installed correctly) and I would like to thank Daniel for his time and professionalism with our situation and his willingness to work with us to try and save and maintain the previous opener. Tony P. was extremely friendly and helpful. After assessing the problem, he gave me three options and explained what the original problem was. He quickly took care of what needed to be done in a professional manner. An added plus was that he was friendly toward my dog who just wanted some kind attention.
