Mike said your technicians would wear masks and gloves. One did, one didn't. When we reminded them, this one guy (the older man) put the mask over the lower part of his face and then let it slide. My wife complained again, and the next thing we knew the door was closed, and we haven't the slightest idea what they did. My wife freaked out, and it spoiled my day. If the guy wants to emulate Trump, that is his problem. But he shouldn't inflict it on us.

Jason was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my new garage door opener which was more difficult to place that normally would be expected. I was amazed that he was able to do the work in the same day and had all the necessary equipment with him. The job lasted about an hour and 1/2 and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Precision To anyone in need of anything having to do with garage doors. You could probably spend a little less elsewhere but you have to bear in mind you get what you pay for and I am very pleased at the work that was done on my garage. I'm a firm believer in paying for something wants and getting a good quality product even if I have to spend a little more. Thank you Jason for your professional and polite manner and your strong work ethic.

We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and like it plenty, but the garage door needed attention: the opener was old, the keypad code was unknown, the remotes were nowhere to be found. The office staff was friendly and able to scheduled same day service. The technicians were prompt, efficient, wore masks, social distanced and were kind. They explained reasonable options to fix, replace and bring equipment up to current building codes. Prices were reasonable! We asked to have equipment fixed and serviced at this time, and they were happy to do it.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Miguel was out here to repair my gararge door within about 12 hours of my first call. He didn't try to oversell me with a new door, which is was I was afraid of. He completed the repair in about an hour, while wearing his mask and taking safety precautions.

Technician Eric Padilla provided the service for loose and missing rollers. He installed a new motor with battery back up and a new key pad that can be worked from my phone. He took time to make the new motor work with my car. Wow he was great.
