At past homes in other areas of the country I have been serviced well by other Precision Overhead Garage Door Service companies. I have been using Precision Door Services for many years and then are consistently professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. I called yesterday as my door would not close, Mike was at my home within 1/1/2 hours, identified the problem within 5 minutes replaced a part in the motor that had blown for under $100. Mike checked when my last service was performed and I was late... he gave me a deep discount on the service and now my door is quiet lined up perfectly and we could not be happier. i can always count on precision to come in a prompt manner whenever i have called. i started using them several years ago when i had a problem with my door not closing. it was around 9 o'clock at night & i checked the yellow pages for someone who had 24 hr service. i called them & within 30 minutes they were at my home repairing several items. i have used them ever sense.

Everything about Precision has been excellent. Really take care of business. Website very informative. Like that they identify who will be your service person with a photograph. Jaysen performed our garage door repair yesterday. Most professional. Explained exactly what was wrong, options to correct it (including pricing), got to work on it, completed the job and now garage door works perfectly. Price seemed most fair. Very pleased with everything!

Anthony Diaz was very professional and explained what happened to our garage door and what the options were. The best part is having the photos and names of the technician on the website. It was great to have the garage door working as I had phoned two other outfits and they were no show and one was very late and wanted payment. I truly appreciate the rapid and thorough service. About an hour after I called, my opener was being repaired. In a half-hour, it was as good as new. The technician even changed the rollers on both sides of the door's sliding mechanism. I live in a townhouse complex, and I intend to notify my neighbors about your service. You deserve the 5 stars I'm giving you.

The repair man was an hour early from the appointment time. That was a good thing. He provided me with repair options clearly and then move forward with the repair. All was done in good order, except the limit range on the door was off. Even although he had previously told me his company didn't work with the Genie motors as Genie would not train Precision technicians, he worked on the motor and limit range until it was fixed. A satisfied customer has been earned.
