My garage door was working only intermittently. I called your office yesterday afternoon. Appt. was set for today between 8AM and noon. Eric left a voicemail about 8:05AM saying he would be here between 11AM and noon and again about 10:50 saying he would be here within 25 minutes. He was. He made the necessary repairs, explaining as he went, and was done within an hour. Eric was courteous, efficient and thorough. What a pleasure!

They came out look at my garage broken springs and told me they cannot repair what I have I need a whole new system then turned around and said the system they want to install will not fit Because of some racks that were on top of the overhead so I called another company they came out and installed New system even with the rack on top of the overhead it fit perfectly no problems whatsoever was in and out thank you Cans garage door and repair service

Our Genie garage door stopped opening after four years. We called one other company for an estimate and we decided to go with Precision. Armando was knowledgeable and upfront about the issue. The motor was leaking fluid and possibly damaged the motherboard causing a short circuit. Instead of replacing the part plus labor, we opted to spend a few hundred more, to replace the motor, with a better warranty and up to CA code. Within two hours, we had our garage door working again. We are happy with the service and we will certainly share our pleasant experience with our neighbors and friends.
