Great service. Booked appointment online on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon. They were early and got the job done asap. Had to replace the cables and rewind the spring. Julian Bacca was knowledgeable and got right to it. Works better now than before the cable broke!

Garage door kept stopping and reversing whenever I tried to open or close it. Alex inspected the door and informed me that I needed a whole new door, motor, etc., and went over my options. I picked a similar door - the total was over $4,500. I called West Coast Garage Door and they changed the motor within 1 hour for $600. It's working just fine now.

The young man was so helpful. He informed me at the start the charge and what extra charges might occur. Mine was so simple, the basic charge. He instructed me on the opener. I did not know about the display.
