A few years ago we were recommended to Precision and they quickly fixed our loose track and tuned up our garage door. Last night there was a loud pop when my wife closed the door and of course, our spring broke. Called them last night, they were here this afternoon and less than an hour later Jacob had it fixed and tuned up. He was very kind, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Hopefully don't need to call them again but if necessary, we will.

I had requested to have my garage door fixed to close the gap on one side of the garage door. Brian Fortuna, the technician, took the time to rule out all causes that led to the problem. Julian Becca was awesome. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first failure of a garage door spring system. I didn’t quite understand why the entire torque master system needed to be replaced with a torsion system. He was patient and thorough with me! Once we talked everything through and we proceeded with service, he was speedy and effective at the service. He took the time to teach me about lubrication of the hinges. Julian is great!

I paid your company $70 for a service call, and your driver was here for only 15 minutes. Soon, I figured out that it’d be cheaper to go with another provider instead of paying $300-$500 for what should be a $170-$180 fix. Before contacting you, I checked with other companies, sending them videos of my garage door issue, and they mostly agreed on the problem and gave me consistent quotes. I went with you because I’d trusted your company in the past, I’m not a door expert. But I know and feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I ended up having a local outfit repair it and saved $90 yes, I lost $70 but I learned a lesson along the way and fyi your drive was polite and professional I understand he was just doing his job. Thank you. PS. I would have paid you the $170 your guy was already there.

Called before noon to get a quote on a new door to replace a door from the 80’s that matched HOA look and color. Julian came in an hour with a text notifying time of arrival and a resume with his picture. He called when he reached the entry gate before his arrival. Very polite and professional. He measured, verified color and provided estimate. I wrote him a deposit check after he answered all my questions. I was going to get more estimates but he had all the right responses. Good employee and representative for your company.
