Showed up on time and was given a call ahead of time, all good so far. Then there 29.95 sales pitch came into play, just to show up. Thought I was getting a maintenance call for that price. Then, when I told them all I needed was a sensor adjustment the price then went down by a hundred but still $120 for a 5 minute job. I offered $50 which was accepted then a minute later not. Ended up being a waste of time on both our parts. What a way to please a customer. KEEP IT UP! No repair needed but that was not an option in their "Service Performed" section.

The best thing about Precision is that a technician was sent out to my house on the very day I called in my problem with my garage door! Talk about a stress-reliever! I got lucky with a technician named Jason who was so friendly and courteous and professional that it melted the stress away. He did a good job and now my garage door is operating smoothly. The only criticism I have is the email invoice. It is NINE pages long! Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer a one-page invoice to keep as a record of the service I received. Thank you, Susan Johnson

Very professional. clean, polite, prompt & courteous. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Precision Door Services of Southern California. Repair costs were significantly higher than the impression i received on my initial phone call when setting up the appointment. Also, i was upsold to two springs instead of one but overall i am still satisfied with the work performed.

I was able to have a technician sent to my home within a day. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable... he made recommendations for the repair and handled everything very efficiently. I appreciated that he was observing protocols for physical distancing and face coverings. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely use Precision again.

Broken spring on garage door. Could not lift the garage door. Could not use my car, because the garage door would not move. Precision came out. I got a phone call and text, notifying me that Precision would arrive in 20 minutes. And he did. The service person wore a mask. I got a quote, then the repair was done. Very efficient. Very courteous. Garage door now opens.

I wouldnt think twice about calling on precision door service again I had a problem with my remote wall key pad that opens my garage door he was so honest with me when he told me it could be your battery is dead on it I didnt know it runs on a battery i was willing to pay to replace the whole wall unit I gave him a new battery and now it works I had another big garage door service tell me I need to replace the motor which was around $ 600.00 happy I didnt listen to him but this company has top notch service

Having never had to have a repair person come out for my garage door I was a little concerned. But the repair person, Kevin, was not only helpful in repairing my garage door (he arrived within 1/2 an hour of my call) but he was so nice and pleasant and efficient. Because of him, there is no doubt I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with repair of their garage door.

My garage door was working only intermittently. I called your office yesterday afternoon. Appt. was set for today between 8AM and noon. Eric left a voicemail about 8:05AM saying he would be here between 11AM and noon and again about 10:50 saying he would be here within 25 minutes. He was. He made the necessary repairs, explaining as he went, and was done within an hour. Eric was courteous, efficient and thorough. What a pleasure!

Evan K. Was the technician that did all the work needed to install the Elite Liftmaster belt drive garage door opener. He thoroughly inspected everything and explained to me everything that needed replaced for parts and tune-ups. He even told me how long it would take to do the work. Evan K. called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He checked the cables, hinges, bearings and opener. We discussed the options and did not try to charge for service I didn't need. He was quick and showed me how to check the springs in the future to hopefully catch a problem before the springs break. I appreciated the non-contact service. I will use Precision in the future and request Evan. Thank you!
