I could not be happier with the level of service provided by Armando. He was punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and did not leave until after he made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. This is the second job that Precision Door had done for me. We obviously needed to replace the broken spring on our door, but Brandon pointed out that, due to the age of our door, there were other components showing wear and tear. He explained all his reasoning in a straight forward manner. I decided it would be better to replace these other components now rather than have another repair in a year or two. The door is working as good as it did when purchased 17 years ago.

Our great experience with Precision started with the person who answered my call. Her responses to questions about your company were must encouraging. She booked Michael for today. He arrived in uniform with a company truck and handed me his business card. Per my request he took me through an assessment of each door in detail. Since I have a hearing problem it took him longer than he might have planned for. He solved the problem we were having with a motion sensor on one of the three doors and made other minor adjustments. We will be scheduling a visit in July with Michael for another inspection, lubrication etc. The overall experience was Five Star. Our home is in a HOA and Susan is on the board and spoke with Michael as well. He and Precision will be recommended to our members. David and Susan 2/28/2020

Julian was a very courteous technician and was able to fully explain to me what the problem with my garage door was and he fully outlined the repairs that needed to be done as well as its associated costs. He performed a safety inspection of the door upon arriving at my home, and once the repairs and costs were discussed and an estimate completed, he began the repairs ASAP. The repairs were completed in about 45 minutes. He showed me that my door was performing at its previous functionality. Thank you so much, Julian!

Kyle Keefauver was FANTASTIC! Very professional and patient, explained everything beforehand. But one star was lost due to a misleading estimate provided on the phone. I asked about the price for replacing a broken spring and was told it "starts at $205 per spring." Technically true but no where close to the actual price for a spring for my rollup door. Thus Kyle had to deal with my sticker shock. The office staff needs to go one step farther and ensure they are not misleading the customers.

Love Precision! We had the garage door installed some years back. Service people are great. Today, February 13, in heavy pouring rain, Dillan came out and did an awesome job repairing an issue we were having with our door. He was knowledgeable and was able to take care of the issue quickly. We woke up Monday morning and our garage door opener wouldn’t work. The reviews for Precision Door Services were stellar so I called and got an appointment for the next morning. My technician Armando was amazing. Don't make the mistake I did of calling someone else first. I needed my torsion spring balanced and the first guy I found on Google charged $200, didn't fix it then ghosted me. I called Precision and they installed a new spring to replace my old one, balanced it, and helped me install my side mount garage door opener. He didn't leave until everything was perfect.

I had Precision install my garage door about 15 years ago and it has been reliable all these years. A few days ago I locked my "clicker" in my car in the garage and had to use the manual lock to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to re-engage the electronic feature and had to call Precision to help me out and to get a second "clicker". They sent Matthew who was absolutely great and had me up and running in a few minutes. He was professional and completely knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise! He's your best cheerleader! Anyway, I think if you are looking for a garage door company, give Precision a try.
