Needed my Liftmaster replaced after 14 years. Jason arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the need to replace the unit, sensors, added new rollers, springs and keypad. After 3 hours, the door is now quiet and works great. Highly recommended company.

Hello Precision Garage, I haven't had my garage door installed yet. They will do it tomorrow. However, Jason Stanfield was the person that sold me the door (he also had an assistant). Both men were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt that they tried to work with me, as much as possible. I'm a retired teacher, on a fixed income, so I felt that they gave me the best price possible. I would certainly give these men 5 stars.

Jason Stanfield was the technician who promptly arrived at my home at about 8:30 a.m. yesterday on February 9th. Within an hour and an half is was able to install new springs and give an overall inspection of the door. The springs had broken and I could not get my car out of the garage. Jason was professional and polite. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needed garage door service.

Have had good service in the past. Had scheduled for a tech to come out 15 January 2019 between 08:00 and 12:00, but no one showed. Called the Santa Clarita office and was told the appointment was for yesterday and no one was available. A tech had left a message on our answering machine yesterday and said he was in the area and could do the service job. Unfortunately no one was home. I rescheduled for Friday 18 Jan. Just need an extra remote. Not a big deal. I understand if a tech was in the area it would make sense to try and complete the job, rather then having to come back the next day.

I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door wouldn't respond to the remote. Jason came out and got it working right away. While he was here, we had a back up battery installed since there isn't a side entry door to the garage. He took the time to inspect and service the door, track, springs, etc... to make sure it was all in working order. It now operates much quieter than it had ever before. Jason was an absolute professional. Precision is by far the most professional and courteous business I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

My garage door spring broke so I called Precision. I made an appointment for the following day. Shaun called the next day about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and said he was on his way. He arrived and quickly looked the situation over and gave me a couple of options. I chose an option and he gave me a price and went to work replacing the broken spring. It went very smoothly and when he was finished the door worked perfectly. Thank you Shaun. I appreciate the professional way Shaun and Precision Door repaired the broken spring.
