My garage door was not closing. I had someone come in and said I needed a whole new garage set up. I didn't like what he said because it gave me a funny feeling he was trying to scam me. So I called Precision. Came out the same day and got it fixed in the same day. No new set up needed. Jason helped me out. He was excellent! Took care of the situation and left me with a working garage door! Thank you Jason!

Jason was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my new garage door opener which was more difficult to place that normally would be expected. I was amazed that he was able to do the work in the same day and had all the necessary equipment with him. The job lasted about an hour and 1/2 and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Precision To anyone in need of anything having to do with garage doors. You could probably spend a little less elsewhere but you have to bear in mind you get what you pay for and I am very pleased at the work that was done on my garage. I'm a firm believer in paying for something wants and getting a good quality product even if I have to spend a little more. Thank you Jason for your professional and polite manner and your strong work ethic.

Jason was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was provided a time frame from 8 am to 12 pm. What I really appreciated was a call from Jason at 7:45 to let me know he had two jobs prior to mine. This freed me up to until 10 am or so and I wasn't sitting around in limbo waiting. Quick and expert installation by Jason.

I am very satisfied with the repair of my garage door. I give you 5 stars. I was having trouble with the manual release lever. I also needed a new remote control. Precision responded quickly to our request to repair a broken door. Jason arrived in the time that was promised, gave a clear assessment of the problem, and then described the costs involved. We could not find the name of the garage door company we used in the past so found you using Google. Your website looked very good, and we liked the guarantees you made there. So, decided to give you a try. Next day service first thing Saturday morning, job done within 45 minutes just like the man said it would be. Price was fair, door now works like new, technician was personable and knew exactly what he was doing. It does not get any better than that. Next time we need garage door work you will be the ones getting the call!

The best thing about Precision is that a technician was sent out to my house on the very day I called in my problem with my garage door! Talk about a stress-reliever! I got lucky with a technician named Jason who was so friendly and courteous and professional that it melted the stress away. He did a good job and now my garage door is operating smoothly. The only criticism I have is the email invoice. It is NINE pages long! Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer a one-page invoice to keep as a record of the service I received. Thank you, Susan Johnson
