Jason was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my new garage door opener which was more difficult to place that normally would be expected. I was amazed that he was able to do the work in the same day and had all the necessary equipment with him. The job lasted about an hour and 1/2 and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Precision To anyone in need of anything having to do with garage doors. You could probably spend a little less elsewhere but you have to bear in mind you get what you pay for and I am very pleased at the work that was done on my garage. I'm a firm believer in paying for something wants and getting a good quality product even if I have to spend a little more. Thank you Jason for your professional and polite manner and your strong work ethic.

Jason was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was provided a time frame from 8 am to 12 pm. What I really appreciated was a call from Jason at 7:45 to let me know he had two jobs prior to mine. This freed me up to until 10 am or so and I wasn't sitting around in limbo waiting. Quick and expert installation by Jason.

I am very satisfied with the repair of my garage door. I give you 5 stars. I was having trouble with the manual release lever. I also needed a new remote control. Jason kept in tough all morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He fixed the problem and explained to me how I could prevent the same issue recurring. It was a pleasure working with Jason. Precision responded quickly to our request to repair a broken door. Jason arrived in the time that was promised, gave a clear assessment of the problem, and then described the costs involved. He was very knowledgeable and was clearly concerned to do the job correctly. Within an hour the door was fixed as if nothing had happened. The service was outstanding and professional.

We could not find the name of the garage door company we used in the past so found you using Google. Your website looked very good, and we liked the guarantees you made there. So, decided to give you a try. Next day service first thing Saturday morning, job done within 45 minutes just like the man said it would be. Price was fair, door now works like new, technician was personable and knew exactly what he was doing. It does not get any better than that. Next time we need garage door work you will be the ones getting the call!

My garage door spring broke so I called Precision. I made an appointment for the following day. Shaun called the next day about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and said he was on his way. He arrived and quickly looked the situation over and gave me a couple of options. I chose an option and he gave me a price and went to work replacing the broken spring. Needed my Liftmaster replaced after 14 years. Jason arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the need to replace the unit, sensors, added new rollers, springs and keypad. After 3 hours, the door is now quiet and works great. Highly recommended company.

Hello Precision Garage, I haven't had my garage door installed yet. They will do it tomorrow. However, Jason Stanfield was the person that sold me the door (he also had an assistant). Both men were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt that they tried to work with me, as much as possible. I'm a retired teacher, on a fixed income, so I felt that they gave me the best price possible. I would certainly give these men 5 stars.
