I called Precision because my son, Daniel, told me he had been pleased with your services. So am I. My remote opener was opening but not closing the door. I had checked for obstructions but didn't find any reason for the balky door. Julian checked some things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and the door closed. I have no clue as to why, but as long as it works, I'm happy. Julian gave me three options and I am strongly considering having Precision install a new door later this fall and I want Julian in charge of this installation. An appointment was scheduled to evaluate whether or not I needed to replace the garage opener. A technician came, assessed the situation, and identified that the opener didn't need to be replaced. It was an electrical issue that only needed the flip of a switch. This saved me a ton of money. I thank Precision Door for being sincere in their efforts to work with the customer without trying to sell something that wasn't needed. I will use this company again in the future.

Armando, a true professional, called to let me know his arrival time, after I told him what the problem was, he explained what needs to be fixed and completed the repair, plus other options. Julian Becca was awesome. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first failure of a garage door spring system. I didn’t quite understand why the entire torque master system needed to be replaced with a torsion system. He was patient and thorough with me! Once we talked everything through and we proceeded with service, he was speedy and effective at the service. He took the time to teach me about lubrication of the hinges. Julian is great!

Called before noon to get a quote on a new door to replace a door from the 80’s that matched HOA look and color. Julian came in an hour with a text notifying time of arrival and a resume with his picture. He called when he reached the entry gate before his arrival. Very polite and professional. He measured, verified color and provided estimate. I wrote him a deposit check after he answered all my questions. I was going to get more estimates but he had all the right responses. Good employee and representative for your company.

Due to power outage in my neighborhood, my car was badically trapped ib the garage. I was able to release the lock and open the door manually. When power was restored, I had difficulty in getting the lock to re-engage. I chose Precision Door because I thought I had been served by them in the past. However, I later learned that was not the case. Regardless, the technician came and showed me how to operate the manual release. Because no other work was required, Precision waived their service fee. I call that good customer service.
