Jonathan called before he arrived, was here on time, and did the work promptly. He explained the condition of the door, his planned work, the work he did, and showed how the door operated afterwards. We call PDS every year for annual service, and are always pleased with the work and service men.

First time calling these guys and I was very impressed. Dylan called and told me when he would be arriving. He was right on time. Assessed the problem and performed a service all in 20-30 minutes. Will use them again. Excellent customer service.

There are few things more frustrating than broken garage door springs. So when our door didn't open on Saturday morning, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Precision Door Service had their technician Julian B at my door within a four hour window. His friendly, personable service was efficient and professional. He went immediately to work and within one hour had our overhead springs replaced, the door balanced and our mechanism working smoothly. It was a totally "no hassle" process. With a generous warranty on the springs, and the quality service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or have Precision come to my home when needed.

Jonathan came out and quickly assessed why my garage door would not close. He tried to fix it, but the motor was from the 90’s. It just gave out. We decided it had to be replaced. Service was professional, quick and efficient. It works perfectly. Would highly recommend this business to friends and family.
