After finding Precision on Next Door and reading the reviews on Precision's website, I called and made an appointment to get my garage springs replaced so the door would open. In the afternoon that same day, Julian, Precision's technician, arrived at the appointment time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He inspected my garage door and and it's opener. Gave me the results of the inspection and the options for fixing the door--replacing the springs. He replaced the springs and serviced the door and it worked great after that. Julian was friendly and positive, personable, and quick, and thorough in fixing my garage door so it works great again. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage repairs.

It was time to replace our garage door motor. Julian arrived on time and explained the options I had to choose from. Unfortunately the garage door opener I wanted, would not work because of a beam I have in the garage. The final outcome, he helped pick out the right motor for us and my wife and I are very happy with it.

I have called on Precision Garage Door twice now, once for inspection & repairs and this time, for replacement of the rubber strip that runs along the bottom of my door. Both experiences were a delight. For my most recent call, Julian was extremely courteous, friendly and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He also made a quick inspection of everything else, recommended new rollers for a quieter door but exerted no pressure. He fully understood when I opted to decline for now since there was no safety issue and I'm watching my budget. On both occasions I've had top-notch service from Precision from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'll use them again for future inspections and repairs and I highly recommend them to others!

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.

There are few things more frustrating than broken garage door springs. So when our door didn't open on Saturday morning, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Precision Door Service had their technician Julian B at my door within a four hour window. His friendly, personable service was efficient and professional. He went immediately to work and within one hour had our overhead springs replaced, the door balanced and our mechanism working smoothly. It was a totally "no hassle" process.
