Julian was professional and corrected the problem, which was a bracket installed incorrectly. This caused the bracket to rub on the cable that eventually broke after scratching the door. The warranty was only six months, and the door is six years old, so Precision charged $325.00 for the repair. Julian deserves five stars. Precision deserves 0, because they don't behind their work.

He installed the new opener and explained its operation and went over it with me completely. I used Precision in the past, so I selected them for this job.
