Tony, our tech, did an excellent job keeping me informed as to his projected arrival time which he knew would be later than the four-hour window I was provided. I was very appreciative of not having to wait at home the entire time wondering what happened to him. Tony did a short appraisal of the problem with my decades-old Sears opener, ran same calculations, and then apprised me of my repair versus purchase a new opener options. He shared with me the pros and cons of each option and answered all of my questions. I chose to repair my opener and Tony went right to work. He spent a good deal of time making sure that the repair was done correctly and he performed a complete maintenance on the entire opening system.

Anthony and Precision Doors was amazing! We were unable to open our garage door, contacted Precision and the rep was awesome. Anthony was out in less than two hours same day after we made our initial contact. Anthony was able to diagnose our issue and provided different quotes on the spot to repair the broken springs and motor. I thought I was going to have to wait until parts were ordered and schedule a return trip. Anthony had everything in his van and within two hours we were back up and good to go! Anthony Carrillo, our technician, was wonderful. He was on time. Very professional. Very friendly. Totally prepared. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and I thought I knew exactly what was wrong. Anthony proved me wrong. He helped me moved all of the junk in my garage that was in the way. After everything was done, and when testing everything, he said it, "didn't sound right. He replaced the rail and it still made the noise. So he replaced everything. If there was 6 stars, or even 10, that would be my recommendation. Did I mention that he cleaned everything meticulously? It's impossible to rate an entire company based on one person's experience, but if Precision's people are all like Anthony, I wish I could buy stock in the company

After 20 years I thought it would be wise to get the garage door tuned up. Tony came right on time and did the tuneup. We also bought a new remote opener because one of ours was not working properly.
