We had a custom door made for our garage by Precision Door about 15 years ago. The door itself continues to work well. The garage door opener, however, needed a new belt. While I imagine smaller companies would have had a hard time finding a new belt for a discontinued Marantac opener, Hrach called as soon as he realized that was the issue and was able to return the next day to install the belt and replace the old springs. I imagine one could save a few bucks by finding a smaller company to do this work, but I'm not sure they would have been as time responsive and have been able to find the part. Very satisfied with the work.

Picked this company off the internet with Google search. Tech was Hrach; very personable and professional, explained everything thoroughly. Advised that the circuit board on the (very old) opener was shot and how he knew, and that it would be expensive, if not impossible, to repair. He told me all the options for which new opener to opt for, and explained what it does and how to use it. He had to customize the placement of the safety sensors, and positioned the new opener to be more efficient than the old one. Five stars all around.

I prefer to use services from companies that have good/great ratings from the BBB and customer reviews and Precision Door Service has both. My experience from requesting service to having the work completed was simple and stress-free. Within 24 hours of calling in my request, I got a call from William F. (the technician) to inform me that he was en route and he arrived within the expected window of time. The online bios and pictures gave me an extra level of confidence of knowing who to expect. William quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, gave me an accurate estimated time to complete the project, and was done in less than an hour. He was professional, courteous and personable - all great things to be when paying for a service. Will definitely use Precision again after my 20 year old garage door motor eventually gives out.

From the moment I received my initial quote to the test run of my fully installed garage door, the customer service and support from Precision was excellent. Lance provided me with a complete and comprehensive estimate with plenty of options. Since I went with a special order, we placed the order and received the "ready to install" call right on time. Matt and Stephan were my install team and they were great. Not only did they provide me with a detailed explanation on what to expect, during the entire install, they cleaned up as they went. Never at any given point, did they leave any trash. From the moment they arrived, until the moment the were finished, they were courteous, professional, and focused. Highly recommend Precision!

Hello Precision Garage, I haven't had my garage door installed yet. They will do it tomorrow. However, Jason Stanfield was the person that sold me the door (he also had an assistant). Both men were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt that they tried to work with me, as much as possible. I'm a retired teacher, on a fixed income, so I felt that they gave me the best price possible. I would certainly give these men 5 stars.

Our automatic garage door stopped working. We attempted to use another company to diagnos the issue. We quickly asked the serviceman to leave. I did some research and found Precision Door. They had all their techs listed and the various ratings for each. I was lucky enough to get Armando. He was friendly, professional and experienced. Both doors look great! Very pleased with the service & personnel. Noted one problem with a gap on the bottom, southside of the large door. Initially pointed this out to Armando & then to Matt; Matt said he would notify a repair tech to remedy the problem.

My garage door wouldn't close with the remote. When your tech arrived, he was able to close it with the remote with no problem. He stated that it might be that the sun was shining on the sensor near the ground earlier, and when that happens, it often won't work. We'll keep that in mind in the future!

I called Precision and a real person gave me an appointment in 2 days. The technician was knowledgeable and did the repairs and programmed the height and did the yearly service.

I phoned Precision on Friday and they sent a technician, Armando, out on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the eight year old sensors. Armando also phoned twice to inform us of his timeline and was very pleasant to converse with. This process wasn’t inexpensive, but I went cheap the first time with another company. Precision/Armando did it right.

The appointment was scheduled from 2pm to 6 pm. The tech said he should be there around 5. About 630 pm he called and said he would be there around 730. I don’t think this is professional. I wasted a day waiting, I don’t think I will be working with your company for my three doors I wanted to buy.
