The guys were running behind schedule, and they did give me a call, but were about an hour outside the four hour window time they give you, so the scheduling could be a little better. But it was worth the wait. David and his partner ( sorry didn't get his name) installed a new garage door with a new liftmaster opener. They did a very professional install, and explained everything as they went along. They took their time, even on a Friday afternoon and didn't rush or take any shortcuts to finish the job. I think they were at my house around five hours. I'm very satisfied with the company, and the job the installers did. The door looks beautiful. I would use this company again and would recomend them highly. Great job guys....

I was desperate! During remodel, I misplaced the one working remote. I had another one that was iffy. Changed the batteries, tried to reset it a few times. It would work, then it would not work. I had the garage door closed and I had no other access!!! I called on Memorial Day. They took the call and gave me an appointment the next day, today, 5/31/16 between 8 am to 12 noon. The serviceman first called to confirm the appointment and showed up around 8:30 am!! No wasted day, which i really appreciated. Then he explained all that needed to be done to possibly get inside the garage. Well, he did his magic and I was so glad. OMG. If he wouldn't have been able to open my garage door, it would have been a bad situation. So I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Right the next day, right on time, and it didn't even take long for him to do the job. And now I don't ever have to worry because he installed the emergency lock on the front of the garage. For sure I give Precision a 5 stars rating. The service I received was nothing short of awesome from beginning to end. They replied to the service call in no time and scheduled me on the same day. They sent me confirmation with the name of the technician on his way and a link to his profile. I knew I was waiting for Jaysen. He called to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time with a big smile which exactly what I needed to see after a long stressful day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything, fixed my garage door, inspected the whole garage door and gave me great tips. That was the best customer service I received in a very long time.. Talk about a great example to emulate. I know where to go if I am ever in need for garage door service. I would recommend Precision and Jaysen to anyone and everyone.

I give Precision a 5-start rating. Jaysen and his partner came out within three hours of the time I called for service and replaced the weather seal and aluminum retainer on my door. They were very nice, polite and professional and gave me good advice on the condition of my door. They finished the job in about an hour and I was very pleased with the service. Actually, what made me select Precision was my first impression with my initial phone call. The staff was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me for same day service. Definitely 5 stars!! Very prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly. Also notified me of a dangerous situation with the existing door jams and the springs so they recommended the best solution and came back and replaced the door jams which were very old and cracked. Very pleased and relieved that the dangerous conditions were resolved. New door opener works perfectly!

After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.
