Well done. Jesus was on time, very professional, nice looking truck and did the job perfectly (and quickly). You have a good business model. I also very much like the on-line photos of the people so that I know what my technician looks like - that is a great touch that no one else does to my knowledge. I only go to you guys for my various garage door needs (be it on my residence or rental properties) and this is exactly why (even if your prices are a tad more than others, and I am not even sure that is true). You pay for service and I got it. WEll done.

The coil spring on our garage door appeared to have slipped off the torque rod and the steel cables became entangled. I could not see any way to fix it myself, so I did a web search and gave Precision a call. They had a tech (Jesus) out at the house within hours and he replaced the steel cables and installed a new spring for just a little over $320. He briefed me on the repair work and showed me how to keep the garage door mechanisms in good working order for another 5 years. As an engineer I know good workmanship when I see it, so I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and family who need any garage door service or repair.

Excellent. Great service on the phone and service technician (Jesus)arrived early (and called ahead). He fixed everything necessary which amounted to re-syncing the car opener system in two cars as well as the two portable devices. I am highly impressed and will use Precision Door Service for annual maintenance and any other related needs to our overhead door

Still smarting from bad experience with another repair company, I was gratified to receive an accurate assessmant of my problem from Scott and a professional repair. This time around, Mike did a full overhaul of my door, replacing worn-out and defective parts with quality materials installed with top-notch expertise, for a fair price. Precision is my garage shop for life!

My experience with Precision from the beginning (easy to find and understand on the internet) to the initial phone conversation with the dispatcher, to the actual repair was incredibly professional and friendly. Brian, the technician knew exactly what to do to perform all the repairs and upgrades to make our garage door work like new. He was easy to work with, kept the area clean and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and that I was satisfied with the results. Keep up the great work!

The service tech arrived with in the time frame indicated. He was. Outdoes and explained in detail what needed to be done. A bit pricy but needed to get done. The door is working well now and I have one less thing to worry about.

I went online to find a company to repair my garage door motor. Precision Door's ad was the most appealing so I called them first. My good fortune. They made an appointment for the next day, arrived within the window of time, and sent a technician that was knowledgeable and with a pleasant personality. He replaced my 25-year old motor with a quiet new one that is much more efficient than the old one. I'm am very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I chose Precision from your ad in the Clarke directory. Normally I call several companies for phone estimates but decided this time not to go through that hassle and just retain your company and hope for the best. My window from 4-6 was not met but I was contacted by both a company representative and later the technician advising the delays. Service was efficient and your service representative was apologetic for the delay, pleasant, informative and professional. More costly than anticipated but very satisfied overall.

Jesus (service technician) did an excellent job on our rental unit. He kept in communication with me by phone throughout the process. He also coordinated the install time with our tenant and gave me a follow-up call when it was done. I was able to meet him at the rental, and his work and clean-up were superb. I opened the Yellow Pages and I found that you don't charge extra for servicing on Sundays. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the service technician but he was gentle, giving good advice and performing his work to my entire satisfaction. Thanks again, Carmen F. del Aguila.
