Unbelievable!WOW! I am at aww of Precision Garage Door Technician, Hrach Ordubekyan, what a professional and a real master of his work. From the ladies on the phone setting up the appointment to work with my schedule within 24 hours, to Hrach coming to my house. Hrach not only exemplifies out of this world customer service, but he really takes it to another level. He is organized, from truck to his work ethic, he is informative and educational in his expertise. They don't make technicians in any line of work like Hrach anymore. Precision Door as a company, you can tell they support their crews, they provide them with all the tools for success. Hrach showed my options on a sleek Ipad and the line item difference and never turned into a car salesman. I went from a ziptied and end of its life Genie Chain operation to Liftmaster Belt operation with WiFi. The noise is non existent, the closing mechanism is like a exotic car. Very pleased, Very Happy and forever a Precision Customer.

William showed up within the estimated time window given to me when I made the appointment, which I was able to do the same day. My garage door setup isn’t the norm due to how my house was constructed. Nevertheless, William was able to complete the repair without any issues. William was knowledgeable with respect to what my garage door needed. William also made adjustments that improved the way my garage door functioned moving forward. The spring was replaced and it's wotrking but I felt like it costs me lots more than it should be. When the set of end bearing were replaced, both ends became higher than the middle but the installer was going to leave it instead of leveling the pipe. I had to ask him to fix it. He moved it up but did not use a level. He said it should be okay. I thought there was a reason why it was straight, I would not recommend this company.

Our garage door would not open yesterday evening. We were on our way to a Memorial Service. I called and your `call center`[Michelle] was most unhelpful even when I explained the circumstances as well as I had to be at Cedar Sinai this morning for a medical procedure. After almost 30 minutes and my demanding to speak to someone in authority she put me through to Mike , general manager who happens to live 11 minutes from us. He was so helpful and pleasant. He came over and determined the springs had broken [we had your company install a new Liftmaster in February 2019] and arranged for Eric to be here around 8 am today. He came 3 hours earlier than expected!!!!(How great not to have to sit around and wait!!!).
