Both my remotes and keypad for my garage door opener suddenly started acting up - sporadically not opening or not closing the garage door. I thought they were the problem. I'm a handy guy and a computer geek at that, so after much troubleshooting on my own which included calls to the manufacturer and ordering new remotes (which also didn't work), I called Precision. After even more troubleshooting with Eric P., it was determined that the logic board in the door opener was faulty. Sadly, I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Happily, however, Eric was able to do just that (surprise) and now I have a quieter opener than my previous one and one that's more powerful as well. Plus, the keypad and remotes all work great, I have WiFi access too, and both our cars can open the garage door! (Oh, did I mention that that was sporadically a problem too?). Eric was great, explained everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Lifetime warranty on the product (Liftmaster 8550WLB). Very satisfied. I'd call them again, though I hope I don't have to.

Tech was just was only interested in selling me a whole new door. Did not want to repair it. Said it was too damaged to be able to be fixed and could not guarantee repairs. It had mostly just cosmetic issues that do not affect operation (dings and dents). Tried to pull the wool over my eyes with his dismal diagnosis. I ended up fixing it myself in about 1 1/2 hours and did not even need to replace any parts. (my first time doing this). Door works just fine now. Go check it out and you will see it is all back together. and working fine.

old garage door opener stopped working. A replacement was needed. The technician was extremely helpful and was able to quickly install new opener, springs and door remote with wifi connection. I saw a Precision commercial on TV so I called. The experience was pleasant from the beginning. The call center was professional and understanding of my needs. I was given a window time for the same day. Forty minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Miguel saying he would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived, I explained to him which was a cable and wheel problem on the door. He was very knowledgeable and a extremely hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use your service again!!!

My automatic garage door wasn't raising all the way and I gave Precision a call. Miguel M came out and was very respectful of the social distance and PPE requirements. He analyzed the problem and repaired the track alignment, serviced and lubricated the moving parts and it didn't cost a lot. I will call them again when necessary.
