When I called Precision the guy who answered was Derek. He scheduled me between 10am n 2pm... when I told him I’m taking care of an old lady n needs to be with her before12noon he said,”as soon there will be an open spot in the the morning he’ll send the technician right away.” And early this morning a technician called n he said, he’ll be here in 10 min..and we’re very thankful that our garage door was fixed ahead of time...Evan is very polite n respectful. Our garage door is Bout 6 years old and has been giving us problems for the last 3 years. I called Precision t I give an estimate to either replace the door or fix it. After Evan spent a few minutes inspecting the door, he found a few issues and determine that a new door was not necessary. He fixed all the issues in about an hour and the door now opens and closes quietly and smoothly.

Armando came down and gave me an estimate which included 3 options with recommendations and explanations about the options . I was impressed with Armandos professionalism and knowledge. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. The above reasons was why I decided to have him fix my garage. He replaced both compression springs balance the door a n made sure then door was working as intended. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs.

As I was watching my garage door close, something snapped, and it slid shut. So I called Precision, and Sean Hogan came to the rescue for same day service. Turns out, the motor was busted, and the belt gave way. Since my motor was outdated, I agreed to a brand new motor and belt and sensors. Sean was super friendly, professional, and very efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

Hi; just had your technician over. very nice guy. My Lift master is under warranty. they are shipping me a new motor. Called your office to see what they will charge to replace the old motor with the new one. the price given is way more than buying a new Door opener. which is little shocking since I was going to have your company to change the Springs too.

Miles was nformed about Garage Door Product Options, Responsive, Answers every question, and delivered prompt quote to provide services. Miles came to my house right on schedule, listened to my needs/concerns, spent an hour reviewing options, prepared a graphic of what Ii thought I wanted, and then revised it until I was 100% satisfied with planning process. I must clean out my 3 garages for final measurements prior to ordering. Therefore, I cannot yet comment on installation.
