You guys were great! Thanks for the speedy response on the phone and Eric could not have been more attentive to my emergency issue. He let me know when he was on his way, assessed the problem and the solution, checked out all 3 doors, worked diligently and thoroughly to install the new spring, and did it all with a much appreciated customer focus and a smile. Alex was my technician. He was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. the problem was a simple one but overall I would be needing a new opener and maybe sooner rather than later. I am MORE than satisfied with the service I received repairing my garage door opener!! The technician, Hrach Ordubekyan, was WONDERFUL!! He came 3 hours earlier than expected!!!!(How great not to have to sit around and wait!!!). Hrach identified the problem immediately, repaired the system, and offered suggestions to me on how to maintain efficient operation of the door. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!

Given all the fires last year and loss of power we needed a solution to make sure we had access to our garage which is a separate building from our house if we didn't have power. The team at Precision was professional, helpful and guided us to the best options for us. Hrach was our technician and he was great. He showed us how to operate the new system, gave us good advice on care for our garage door and was very knowledgeable about his work. Five star experience all the way around

I am impressed with their prompt response to my phone call last night and I was called early this morning to tell me when to expect them. They fixed my door, added a cable and battery backup plus oiled it so it doesn’t make noise. Highly recommend this company!

When our garage door was broken on March 7th. We checked Google and found the Precision Door Service has good reviews. On March 8th Alex F came to our house in the afternoon. First he had friendly and pleasant manner which put us at ease. He fixed the The Torsion Springs and balanced the door in less than an hour time. He was very professional and skillful in his work. Our family were very appreciate it.

I called on Sunday afternoon and Alex was here Monday morning. He installed a new garage door opener for us, replacing our old one which opened erratically whenever it wanted to. Alex was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Was quoted the same price over the phone as shown in the ad however once the tech came out I was given a quote showing an additional $2,000 stating that this was the cheapest door they make.

Could not be happier. Would give six stars if I could. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. The repairman called beforehand and asked if he could come early. He arrived exactly when promised. The repairman was very friendly, clean and fixed all my problems in a timely manor.

Was in a panic, the door springs on our garage door snapped and we could not get the door open. I called Saturday morning and was told someone would be out by noon. Someone was there by 9 am new springs installed with a 3 year warranty. Very happy with the service and quick response
