Garage door came off track the night before, called at 7AM next morning and was given a same day window between 8AM and 12PM. The tech, Armando, called approx. 8:30 AM advising he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. Armando arrived and after assessing the door explained what needed to be done and his recommendations. Armando fixed the door and it works better then it originally did. I never used Precision before and was relying on the reviews. I'm glad I called, and was happy with the service that Armando provided.

Cole from Precision Doors was prompt, friendly, wore PPE mask and gloves and fixed our garage door to make it fully functional again including making sure that I had two remotes that worked well. Very reasonably priced. Will highly recommend this service to anyone!

We called Precision as a result of our community google group where others here highly recommending Precision. Our garage door remotes stopped working and while I have “paired” remotes before, I could not make it work this time and we noticed that the opener track was becoming detached from the wall of the garage so we decided to call for help. Sean Hogan showed up exactly on time after calling while enroute as promised by their staff the day before. He looked at our opener and checked out the remote issue and basically the old opener had problems that could not easily be fixed. We opted for a new belt driven opener and Sean installed it very quickly and neatly cleaning up when he was done. He took just a couple minutes to walk up through the use of it (super simple but nice to have someone make sure we did not have questions) and man it is nearly silent compared to the old one. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable person and we felt he was very trustworthy. We are so glad we went with what many other home owners in our community advised and called Precision Garage Door!!!

Our townhouse complex has old-fashioned heavy wooden doors that get saturated with moisture during rainy weather and make it difficult for the garage door opener to lift. Precision sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call. Evan was professional, friendly and had my opener repaired and working better than ever in just a short time. (And he strictly adhered to all COVID-19 protocols, which I greatly appreciated.) I will absolutely use Precision again should the need arise.

Our garage door had just broke the day prior to me seeing your ad on TV. What caught my eye about your ad was that you took all precautions when dealing with the current Covid-19 mess. That was important to me. One of your guys came out, gave us a quote, and your team was here the next day to replace our garage door. (Ours was a 35 year old door...the original door that came with the house!) Our new roll-up door is beautiful and works great so far. Your installation crew was professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. And they followed the safe-distancing and mask-wearing protocols, as advertised. Very happy with our experience with Precision Door Services. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who asked. 5-stars!

I would give 0 star if there is an option. Firstly, the guy is supposed to come between 12pm -4pm but he called and said he was not sure when he can come. After calling him a few times, he said he will come after 4pm. That's fine since my wife wanted to fix the door quickly. He finally came around 5pm. Secondly, he came and looked at the garage door, without even trying to touch anything, the first thing he said is he needs to replace the motor, which is $699. Hey, I may look ugly but I am not stupid. If everything can be fixed by replacing motor, there will not be a need for a garage door professionals. I asked him if replacing the motor will fix the problem, he said that is the first step, then he may need to replace anything else if it still doesn't work. Wow, so, he wanted me to pay $699 without even trying to figure out what the real problem is. He then kept talking about a lot of other things which he said may need to be replaced. Well, for a technician who did not even try to open the garage door manually, his diagnostic sounds as convincing as a doctor who did not even use a thermometer or a stethoscope to figure out the temperature or condition of his patient. With multiple crazy estimates at high dollars, I finally gave up and just told him to charge the $29.95 "diagnostic". What a waste, I just wasted my time and my $30... Please do not use this company. Find other mom and pop companies, you will save your money and your sanity.

Torsion springs on our garage door snapped w/o warning on a SA afternoon, called Precision. Was set up w/an appointment for next day, a Sunday. Technician Evan was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and he got right to work. He’s capable guy, fixed and adjusted everything great. Recommend this garage door repair firm and Evan.

Precision is the most professionally run company I have ever used. Their phone operators are articulate, friendly and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze. They immediately confirm your appointment by email and send you a picture and bio of the service rep that will be coming to your home. The service rep calls you to let you know when he will arrive. Their service reps are friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Other companies should learn to run their businesses like Precision!!
