The expectations were met and likely exceeded as we had a broken motor. Miguel, was courteous and professional and described the work needed to be done. He did a great job and explained how the newer mechanism had some features that were not available when we replaced our other garage's motor with an earlier version of the LiftMaster. He also replaced the rollers on our heavy garage door. I have used Precision before and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future issues. They are also recommended by many in our local homeowners' association with many positive comments.

Precision installed my garage doors 2 1/2 years ago so, when my door malfunctioned this morning s naturally called them to come to the rescue. I called for an appointment and within the hour Chris was at my house to fix my issue. He even put new bulbs in for me and reset the time on the opener. I had him do a complete service maintenance and safety check while he was here. Great service.

Miguel came when he said he would and completed the entire job in 2hours. He put in a new garage door opener motor and a strut to keep the door from buckling where it had been dented. He explained everything clearly and professionally. I would recommend Precision door company to all that need help

The Tech was just there to try to sell us a new motor. Garage door openers are very simple - in days past I installed and repaired several on my own. The door will not go down unless we hold the button until the door is close. This is a single door, very light and well balanced. I had installed new safety sensors, which are aligned properly. The problem is obviously an electrical on one side preventing that sensor from functioning. When the Tech finally understood that we were not going to buy a new $700+ motor - he said that if he was going to test the electricity it would have to be part of a $149+ "inspection". I will wait till I know my thinking is correct - but once that occurs - there will be an effort on my part to spread the word about Precision. This is quite frustrating, and others should be told.

FANTASTIC work by Tech Eric P. Eric, was prompt, very PRO and courteous. Got the garage door to open after having been jammed. He also installed the emergency lock release so that I can manually open my garage door during power outages, and took time to lube rollers and installed a new bottom garage door seal to keep debris out of my garage. I am very pleased with all the work that was done.

I contacted Precision in Santa Barbara when a spring broke on my garage door at 11:30 in the morning. I called them around noon and their service person was here shortly after 1:00. By 2:00 our problem was solved. You can't ask for more than that!

Technicial (Miles) did a great job communicating when he was going to arrive. Once there did a quick job of diagnosing what was causing all the noise with my door. He was fast and efficient with the repairs and the tune up and I able to return to the office in less than an hour. The door is super quiet now.

the right side of the garage door in the open position is 6" lower than the left side. It wasn't that far off before? there are 2 places on the right side door brace for adjustment, can that raise the door up 6" so that it is level when open?

Technician Miguel arrived in a very timely manner. He identified the problem, which was minor. He quickly repaired it, and checked out the entire system. He answered questions I had and completed the transaction efficiently. I especially appreciated that after making the initial service call there was an email followup with photos of each technician, and the name of the one who would be responding. Miguel also called in advance to give me a timeframe of arrival, and arrived within that time. All around great service! Will definitely use again when needed.
