old garage door opener stopped working. A replacement was needed. The technician was extremely helpful and was able to quickly install new opener, springs and door remote with wifi connection. I appreciate the same day service and helpfulness of the tech. this type of service is extremely rare. Would recommend your company to anyone needing this service.

I GIVE PRECISION 5 STARS FOR THEIR REPAIR ON MY ELECTRIC GARAGE DOOR. ONE OF THE SPRINGS BROKE AND THEY SENT SEAN OUT TO REPLACE IT. HE CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS LEAVING AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE ARRIVING. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN HIS REPAIR AND VERY COMFORTABLE TO WORK WITH. I saw a Precision commercial on TV so I called. The experience was pleasant from the beginning. The call center was professional and understanding of my needs. I was given a window time for the same day. Forty minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Miguel saying he would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived, I explained to him which was a cable and wheel problem on the door. He was very knowledgeable and a extremely hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use your service again!!!

My automatic garage door wasn't raising all the way and I gave Precision a call. Miguel M came out and was very respectful of the social distance and PPE requirements. He analyzed the problem and repaired the track alignment, serviced and lubricated the moving parts and it didn't cost a lot. I will call them again when necessary.

Technician Eric Padilla provided the service or tune up on the garage door. Provided key points on the maintenance that is required for the life of the torsion springs, coils, bearings and minor adjustments. Replaced emergency vault relief with keys and instructions for operations during power outage. Star rating for the technician and Precision Door is a 5.

Precision is the best! They were a referral from a friend. I called on a Saturday when my door springs broke. They came out within a couple hours and replaced my springs and serviced my door. Garage door came off track the night before, called at 7AM next morning and was given a same day window between 8AM and 12PM. The tech, Armando, called approx. 8:30 AM advising he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. Armando arrived and after assessing the door explained what needed to be done and his recommendations. Armando fixed the door and it works better then it originally did. I never used Precision before and was relying on the reviews. I'm glad I called, and was happy with the service that Armando provided.
