When my 34+ year old garage door opener stopped working last Friday, I went online and found Precision. I made an appointment for the next day. Victor arrived and in fewer than two hours, installed a new opener, new rollers and a new wall unit that included a safety lock-out. He explained everything about the use of my new unit. Also, the new opener is so much more quiet than the original. I would use Precision again and request Victor.

Jason Stanfield was the technician who promptly arrived at my home at about 8:30 a.m. yesterday on February 9th. Within an hour and an half is was able to install new springs and give an overall inspection of the door. The springs had broken and I could not get my car out of the garage. Jason was professional and polite. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needed garage door service.

I had my old door repaired by Precision and it was not successful. Had the installer come back and decided to purchase a new door. This took over a month Two very nice installers arrived and installed the new door. I do hope that all is well and I will use this door for many years.

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for many years. They are extremely responsive and professional. Russ Trumpy and his assistant attended to us today and recommended a new garage door opener as ours was 15 years old and did not have a back up battery which apparently will become a legal requirement on July 1st , 2019. This will avoid the problems each time there is a power outage. Also, this new garage door opener system is so quiet compared to our previous one. Thank you. Charles Schnaid

I believe we are all looking for the right company and person to work with no matter what the issue. Mechanic, Plumber, Electrician, Contractor, etc. and once we find them they are golden to us. I now have a garage door company as they surpassed my expectations in every way from the beginning call to the finish result. Technician Russ was outstanding and was passing on his skills to Hurach who was working with him. What I thought was a problem ended up being a minor fix. However, because of the age of my unit I was given an estimate for the future just in case, which I appreciated. Have had good service in the past. Had scheduled for a tech to come out 15 January 2019 between 08:00 and 12:00, but no one showed. Called the Santa Clarita office and was told the appointment was for yesterday and no one was available. A tech had left a message on our answering machine yesterday and said he was in the area and could do the service job. Unfortunately no one was home. I rescheduled for Friday 18 Jan. Just need an extra remote. Not a big deal. I understand if a tech was in the area it would make sense to try and complete the job, rather then having to come back the next day.

We were only available to meet with him for a couple hours and he worked hard to meet our schedule. He was professional and so helpful in helping us decide which door would be best, etc. We bought a garage door with windows, an opener and a key pad. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door wouldn't respond to the remote. Jason came out and got it working right away. While he was here, we had a back up battery installed since there isn't a side entry door to the garage. He took the time to inspect and service the door, track, springs, etc... to make sure it was all in working order. It now operates much quieter than it had ever before. Jason was an absolute professional. Precision is by far the most professional and courteous business I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!
