Our Lift master garage door, which we got back in 2009, was malfunctioning. The main power button wouldn't turn on, and also sometimes the garage was opening on its own. Family friends recommend this company to us as they had a great experience hiring them to fix their garage. The technician came out early. His name is Garrett. He was very helpful, kind and informative. He answered all my questions. Garrett got to work immediately. Replaced the stuff, installing them and cleaning up after. He showed me how the system works, and I was very impressed. I recommend Precision Door Service.

Our garage door is one of the most important pieces of our home that helps us feel safe and protected. When it started acting up, we called a couple of different companies. One tried to pull a fast one, the other "fixed" it for a couple of months. I told my husband - just call these guys - "a name you can trust". And we did. We received an e-mail confirming our appointment, along with a link to our service guy and their short bios. It feels good to know a little bit more about the person you're allowing into your home. Anyhow, Jason S was great. He fixed our door. Answered my hundred or so questions, and made me feel so comfortable. I strongly feel that Precision Door "is a name you can trust".

To be clear, we are very pleased with the service and work done by Armando B, Senior Service Technician and Precision Door Service. Armando call twice before he arrived, keeping on his schedule. Once arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained in great detail the work that was going to be done. Once we agreed on the project, he went straight to work and completed his task within 90 minutes. Cleaned his work area, completely lubed and service my door, beyond what needed repairing. Everything was up front, open and honest. I previously dealt with a fly-by-night company and it was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with a professional. I called Precision hoping for an immediate service call and i got my wish. Miguel came to service our garage door. Turns out the motor bombed and it needed to be replaced. I didn't have to wait for a new part, he was able to provide it that same day; he handled and resolved the problem right then and there so we weren't impacted with having to wait days before a new motor came in. That was great. Miguel was professional, courteous and explained the repair. He checked and re-checked the installation to ensure it worked. Great service for sure.

Technician showed up on time, quoted a total cost (without trying to add in any unnecessary work), had the needed torsion spring on-hand, finished installation and checked everything out in under 30 minutes. This type of work could be done by a mechanically inclined homeowner, but Precision Door did the work much faster at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend them to others.

The technician, Armando was late even after a four hour window and gave me a 600+ quote for a spring when they had originally stated estimate of $100. I know you have to pay for the expertise but $600 for a spring seems outrageous. It’s like they know you have an emergency and take advantage. I rather look for an honest, fair priced company.

Precision Garage Door is the Best there is. I have one and I purchased one for my son who just made a home purchase. I have been using Precision since 2012 when we had garage springs changed. We had a tune-up in 2017 and just had them replace the old springs. Every one of the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service and are on time. Highly recommended.

Evan was professional, knowledgable and a good communicator. Evan patiently explained in detail what he needed to do. I understood clearly what the job would entail, and the cost, depending on the extent of the repair job. He worked hard and the job was made especially difficult due to the fact that our garage was full. We are undergoing a kitchen remodel and a lot of our kitchen materials were placed in the garage, including a second refrigerator. Evan was undeterred, worked around the mess and did a great job. Also, Evan was careful to remove unneeded screws (no flat tires!) and materials from the floor before leaving. I don't always receive that level of attention to detail from other workers with other companies. When the time comes for us to replace our garage door, your company will at the top of the list thanks to Evan.

When I called Precision the guy who answered was Derek. He scheduled me between 10am n 2pm... when I told him I’m taking care of an old lady n needs to be with her before12noon he said,”as soon there will be an open spot in the the morning he’ll send the technician right away.” And early this morning a technician called n he said, he’ll be here in 10 min..and we’re very thankful that our garage door was fixed ahead of time...Evan is very polite n respectful.
